I was referred to KP by a friend and decided to check out a 6am flow. I took to the studio instantly. There’s a wide range of classes for whatever you are looking for, flexible times for most work schedules. All the staff is friendly and encouraging and the classes are SO fun. I’ve only been a month but I am totally obsessed.

Stumbled upon this amazing studio about a year ago when some friends and I decided we wanted to try out a barre class and I’ve been hooked ever since. I have tried so many new class styles since coming to the studio and have truly loved all of them. All of the instructors and members are amazing and so welcoming. Beyond grateful for this community and studio!

Found this beautiful studio from a Facebook event I attended (which was FAB) - yoga and mimosas/donut flights. I did the new member deal and am now a member! Upon my first class, Kaitlyn gave me a welcome gift with barre socks 🥹 The instructors and members are so nice and it’s not a place where you feel awkward or uncomfortable coming alone. I look forward to my fave classes each week when my work schedule allows! Highly recommend this studio if you’re looking for a new fitness community. Beyond glad to be apart of it 💗

KP's SUP yoga class is great for everyone. What a fun way to enjoy summer Michigan and try something new! We had someone in class who had never been on a paddle board before and this class was scalable for all. Definitely check it out!

Love this studio. Squeaky clean and soothing. The barre classes are just what you want in a barre class — painful but effective with a few laughs thrown in too! I’m always happy to go and happy to be done.

I never had taken a yoga class before, but convinced by a friend I decided to try one with Kaitlyn. She is very patient and took time to ask me about my level of experience. During each move she would say the name of the movement and also explain what my body should be doing.

I have since completed her yoga beginners series - which as a new Yogi this series is absolutely fantastic. Kaitlyn goes through some of the common movements and teaches you the alignment and helps you adjust as needed.

I also have taken barre and boot camp classes with Kaitlyn. As well as 2:1 (semi-personal) trainings and Thai massages.

Needless to say, I am a big fan of Kaitlyn’s teaching style, energy, and classes overall. I would highly suggest her if you are looking for some good workout classes!

I was having some anxiety going into my first, Thai Massage. Kaitlyn was great at reassuring me and making sure I was comfortable. Well within the first fifteen minutes of my massage my anxiety had melted away and I felt so relaxed through the whole thing. Afterwards, my body felt so much better, my mental health and mood had noticeably improved. I would recommend this to anyone for the simple fact of self-care and more notably, Kaitlyn. She knows what she is doing and is great at what she does. I booked myself another massage and I would suggest anyone to go to Kaitlyn!

I started going to Kaitlyn’s barre classes when gyms were reopening during the pandemic - I could barely hold a 30 sec plank! Kaitlyn was great at providing modifications and adjustments to make her clients feel comfortable and still challenging. Her classes are structured into segments and her transitions are very smooth - it’s a great flow and you’ll notice she has a lot of dedicated regulars! Kaitlyn is one of the most effective instructors I’ve worked with (over 5 years of experience with barre classes here!) and I see noticeable differences, especially in my leg and core strength. Don’t think that a 30 min or 45 min class is easier - Kaitlyn is sneaky good at maximizing that time and making it feel like a 60 min workout!

Boot camp classes are different than barre in that it’s more sets of exercises and more cardio and heavier weights. It’s still low impact which is great because I’ve avoided boot camp type classes in the past since it would be too rough on my knees. Not here! 30 mins leaves me dripping in sweat but not in pain!

Kaitlyn gives off drill sergeant energy in her workouts but she also turns it around and be a restorative presence in yoga and Thai massage. Yoga is a great flow and well structured for beginners. I’m completely hooked on Thai massages aka “forced stretching”! Kaitlyn makes sure you feel comfortable and works magic on you to relieve tension in your muscles. Highly recommend!

I had never taken an in person yoga class before so I was feeling nervous. Kaitlyn was super kind, fun, and upbeat making it easy for me to enjoy my class.

And her Thai massage sessions are AMAZING! I feel so loose and relaxed and zened out.

I can’t recommend her enough!

I really enjoyed my first yoga class with Kaitlyn. I haven’t done yoga in months (and am not a pro whatsoever), so it was a welcoming space to dive back in! Going back to the studio today to try bootcamp 30 :)

Kaitlyn is an awesome instructor for both yoga and boot camp. I look forward to yoga every week now! Before class she always ask if we're sore somewhere or have anything we want to focus on and will plan the flow accordingly. I recommend both her yoga and boot camp classes and other people say her Barre classes are good to.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first-although I am sure not last- Thai massage with Kaitlyn at KP Fitness. I had no idea what to expect but it’s a great combination of massage, stretching and assisted physical movements. I had the 90 minute massage and the time flew by. It was wonderful!

Kaitlyn is a wonderful fitness instructor and her pricing is very fair. She always keeps us motivated and is great at keeping her barre classes fresh with new exercises. She offers challenging workouts that require you focus on proper form and alignment. Whether you’re new to fitness, new to a group workout setting, or ready for a new challenge, Kaitlyn has a class to fit your needs. Come check out a class - you’ll be super happy you did!

I have taken at least one of almost all of Kaitlyn’s classes/appointments!(bootcamp, barre, and now Thai yoga). And she kicked my butt on multiple occasions in barre and boot camp lol. Thai yoga was super relaxing as it’s a solid hour of great yoga stretches and mobility work!
