Kristin knows what fitness is and also what fitness isn’t. Her methods are tried and true, proven and based to get you results. She believes in what works and less in what doesn’t. Unfortunately in fitness there exists a lot of trainers who will sell you something just to sell you something. Her approach will have looking and feeling better and stronger.

The photo I included was training with her and following her fitness plan to the letter. The photos are 2 months apart. You CAN make changes like this. Admittedly however I train very hard and in this time I was following a strict eating regime ( you can’t out train a bad diet) but if you do the work and follow her quality teaching, you will get there.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Kristin. She did not listen to my needs or what I knew doesn't work for me. She promised uploaded workouts with the amount I paid, she shorted me 2 sessions and never uploaded any workouts. She also had her kids present on our coaching calls, it was not an environment where we could chat or that i could be open. During our workout session she spent 90% of the time on her phone, very disappointing and frustrating.
