Virtually signed up for a 2-hr summer camp on May 30th. Immediately realized Iβd made a mistake and we had plans that day. Emailed right away asking to change class dates and didnβt hear back. Called a few weeks later ready to cancel all together and was told they would get back in touch after figuring out how to complete a refund. Never heard back until today, July 10th, that I can come pick up a partial refund. No policies state this practice. Not good business practice. We wonβt try again.
