We focus on building strength, improving balance and boosting stamina. Our team will keep you safe, and your workouts will take place in a fun, non-intimidating environment with other adults 55+ just like you.

Love the workout the atmosphere and the family feel. Best 30 min workout! Different workout every day, great play list and the coaches A+. They motivate you to do better, they challenge you and make sure you do the workout correctly.

I actually like to work out now! FBF coaches are all fantastic! They will change up the exercise to fit your needs.

I hate working out. But at age 58 I find my body needed to gain muscle and lose fat. This class is something I would recommend to all older women. Please join us. You will start feeling better after the first week. And the staff here is great. See you soon.

Kathryn & her coaches are amazing! I love her gym & the forever fit 55* class, I am 77.
Kathryn is always making our classes interesting & challenging while helping us with our form & modifying our exercise if needed.. I have a few medical issues & my Drβs are so pleased with my progress saying β exercise is the best medicine β
Kathryn has built a close knit community with the members of her gym, I have made new friends in the environment she & the other coaches have created. They are always happy to see us & we have fun together.
I am forever grateful that I found Kathrynβs gym and look forward to working out there every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Since I have joined, last spring, I have lost weight & inches & gained strength & energy.
