I’m A wrestler in a multi sport athlete in this place has been absolutely perfect for me. It’s the best gym I’ve been too. I’ve been to numerous metro Detroit gyms (Golds, Motor City Iron, Planet, LA) and in other states (Shark City, Ironhorse Fitness, OneLife) you name it, but Chris, his brother and the trainer Matty are great dudes with a “private” but approachable facility.

There’s a vigilance to maintain unmentioned ethos: clean atmosphere, and it’s just a great place to get a workout in with no-fuss, every machine you could want (multiple racks, platforms, and even air pressure machines) with the right amount of amenities (too end supplements/products, private saunas and private bathrooms).

Frankly, it’s a hidden gem, that’s slowly growing in gym members (for better or worse -as a patron).

Been planning on leaving a review for a while now but kept putting it off.

Pros:
The staff and the owners have been nothing but friendly from day one of my sign up.
Members show a huge sign of respect for this gym and clean up after themselves by re-racking their weights.
This gym has everything I need, and then some! Best part is, they keep adding more equipment which is a huge plus. Investing more into the gym shows that Chris and Rob care not only about their facility, but they care about their members as well.
Absolutely love the deadlift platforms and the power racks in that area.

Cancelled previous membership at another gym due to their updated rules, found this one while searching for a gym closer to home and took a quick tour. All the equipment you'll ever need and ones you've never seen. All I was looking for was a gym that had bumper plates, allowed chalk (this gym allows liquid chalk), and the ability to actually drop weights/making noise and this gym satisfies them.

What I also like is that it's open 24/7, staff is only there during certain time(s), you scan in with your key fob to get in during after-hours. They also have a towel service (provide clean towels to wipe off your sweat) + sanitizing wipes to wipe down equipment. Price is reasonable, $99 initiation fee and then $35/month. It just recently expanded and while I was talking to one of the co-owners, Chris, he said they may be expanding it even further. Another benefit is that it does not seem to get that packed, even during peak hours (around 5-6 PM), so no long waits to use something (so far).

I have to admit being a female and walking into a mainly man gym was a little intimidating. As I continue to go there are more ladies in the morning and less busy. So far I am happy to be going to MFitness and the people there are so nice. Once you get Into the gym and finish your workout you will always be glad you went. Its open 24 hours , if your a member you get a key fab. If you want to visit the door is opened around 10 am .

I love this gym. It really has become my second home. Not only are the staff super friendly, but also the other members. You'll feel like part of the family. Also, this private gym is open 24/7, which is perfect for people that are busy during the day. The atmosphere is so inviting, no wonder I've been a member at this gym for nearly 3 years. Being that it is a newer gym, Chris, the owner, is constantly thinking of ways to improve the gym by expanding, adding equipment, etc. You can really tell that he cares about the gym because he's always there, maintaining the facility. I loved seeing all the changes take place here.

Rather than group showers/locker rooms, they have private, individual bathrooms with showers. They're always cleaned, and they provide complimentary towels.

If you're looking for a post workout snack/meal, there's a protein smoothie bar, and a whole selection of healthy snacks. Along with that, they have a huge selection of supplements for sale. Anything that one might need can be found at this gym.

Really is not your average gym. You should sign up...yesterday. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask Chris or Vanessa. They're the best!
