Was in from out of town for work and signed up for a month and now I don't wanna use my local gym anymore! Owners are extremely nice and helpful, wide array of equipment, clean facilities and never gets overly busy/crowded 👍

Love it love it love it. Nancy and Ty are absolutely amazing people. Loving, helpful, patient! Great place to be. Perfect place to meet like-minded folks to help you on ur fitness journey. From the extreme fit to the newbie 99.9% of members are also helpful and humble. One of the best gyms I've attended in my 36 years on the planet.

Overall, great gym with lots of options for cardio and lifting. You just have to watch out for the Gym Bro and Gym Ho culture. At 5am there are women in their taking up half the dumbell area making TicTok videos with no respect for other members. I really don't want to find out a Gym ho has me on video recording me just trying to get dumbells for my workout and publicly slamming me behind my back for viewership. You might lose a customer over it

This is place has pretty much all the essential machines and it’s good to just go in put your work in and go out no fuzz no problems, and open 24/7. Recommend trying out their daily or monthly rates.
