Matt is an amazing trainer! He is well educated on exercising, living a healthy lifestyle and has taught me what real consistentcy looks like! He creates custom workouts everyday and always has modifications to meet each of his clients' needs. Matt provides meal suggestions that help his clients stay on track with a healthy diet. He is very knowledgable on the human body and how to address and get rid of any physical pain - he's helped me several times with this. I NEVER exercised in the past and now I've been training with Matt for three years!! He really helped me make exercising a priority in my life and it took no time for me to see positive results. I can physically do things now that I couldn't before and that has given me a stronger sense of confidence in myself! Not only is Matt a great trainer but the atomosphere at his gym is just as great! I've met so many cool people in the last three years! We are all so different but have the same goal in mind, to get fit and we enjoy doing it together! The environment is very friendly, encouraging and light hearted! I honestly can't imagine starting my day without a workout every morning at his gym! Three years ago I had no idea how I was going to make exercising a consistent part of my life but Matt successfully helped me do that! All I had to do was show up and the rest is history! I strongly encourage anyone, experienced or not to train with Matt...you will be happy you did!

Matt is a very good trainer. I have been going to him since 2020. I have lost 33 pounds since then through diet and exercise. As a 64 year old woman he gives me exercises that are compatible with my mobility, yet still challenges me. He always pushes me out of my comfort zone.

Matt is a great trainer. He has been my trainer since 2020. He pushes me out of my comfort zone. This allows me to reach my goals. He is very knowledgeable on the body and can clearly explain the purpose of the exercise and what body part it should be working. He also gives guidance on nutrition and how to eat in order to reach your goals. The gym itself is a very positive, encouraging, and supportive environment. If you are looking for a trainer I highly recommend Matt! He believes all his clients can achieve their goals.

The gym is very clean. Sanitary practices are always followed by clients and instructor. Matt shows professionalism across the board. While being self-determined is essential to any fitness journey, Matt is effective in motivating the client to succeed and reach client-specific goals. I was able to ask questions regarding diet and meal consumption and received guidance on what would work best for me. I am looking to gain weight, gain muscle, and tone. My body has already began to transform. I am currently in week 6. The clients he had prior to me joining are nice, friendly, and welcoming. The vibes and energy are all-around positive. I have no complaints and I strongly recommend reaching out to him if you're interested in personal training.

My husband and I have worked out with Matt for over 10 years. His goal for us has been to help to strengthen us and make sure we are as healthy as possible. Prior to having knee replacement surgery, Matt worked on strengthening my knees, as well as my upper body. Little did I know this would be so important to my recovery. During my after surgery therapy, my physical therapist commented on my arm strength. I can attribute that directly to the preparation provided by Matt. He is truly one of the best!!

I’ve been attending MMA since November 2021. This has truly been one of the best fitness/health journeys I’ve been on. I say that because not only has the growth been physical but mental also. The best training I’ve experienced! Workouts are constructed to push you past your limits all while maintaining a judgement free zone! Group sessions make you feel as though we are all accomplishing our goals together! Even when I’m out of town, MMA allows me to tap in for zoom sessions. Worth every penny! Highly recommend!!

Matt is the best. He is very passionate about his career and you can tell by the way he cares about his clients. His focus on good form while motivating you to always be your best by working hard is what I appreciate the most. Any questions you have about what you’re doing and why, he’s always happy to answer and is very knowledgeable. If you have any goals, he will tell you what it takes to get there and provide insight to set you up for success. The atmosphere is great. Everyone, including Matt, is very supportive and nice. It’s tough work, but after years of going to MMA, that tough work always feels like an accomplishment and builds my confidence. It’s not just about working out, Matt is invested in helping out with providing recommendations for diet and recovery too. Like I said before, he just wants you to be great. I’ve been working with Matt for 4 years and he’s pushed me way further than I ever could imagine. He’s always developing new workouts, critiquing his client’s individually, and challenging our mental toughness.
