MI Moves is a personal training and fitness center that specializes in functional movement and movement patterns to help you perform better for life. Optimizing your quality of life through movement is our goal. At MI Moves we incorporate fun, innovative, and fluid movements to help you optimally function. Whether your goal is to excel at trail running, skiing, paddle boarding, hiking, or to just generally move better, we got you covered! We offer one on one coaching, semi privates, and group classes. Mi Moves is a wonderful exercise facility with emphasis on everyday functional movement. They train individuals for life's daily activities as well as all sports and recreational activities. I have been a virtual (and sometimes in-person) member for over two and a half years. I work out with all of the trainers each bringing their own techniques to each class or program. They are all unique in their own way giving me fantastic workouts! Often the fitness facility has challenging events to participate in on-line and virtual classes like preparing for sking, pickleball and pelvic core work. Love this team!! Everyone should check it out!!

Love this gym! It is welcoming and supportive for all levels. I started adding the semi-private lessons to my triathlon training to prevent injuries that kept happening, and I got results. I feel 100% more balanced, flexible, and strong. The classes gave me the strength and confidence to swim harder, ride longer, and run faster.

I love the MI Moves facility, equipment, trainers, and their multi-dimensional training modality. I have been training with Kyler Bradley for five years, and have also worked with Aaron and Tammy. Whatever your sport, whatever your firness goals, MI Moves is a committed and knowledgeable team.
10 years ago I suffered a rotator cuff injury and chose to treat it non-surgically. Healing took months.
Last weekend, I inexplicably developed pain in the same rotator cuff. I skipped my early Monday virtual workout and texted my trainer, Kyler, early afternoon explaining my situation. He invited me in for a Tuesday session to work on the kinks in my shoulder.
Wednesday and Thursday I was able to do normal workouts, pain-free. I could work out tomorrow, too!
The service and care at MI Moves is above and beyond.

Kyler, Aaron, and Tammy run a fantastic gym. They provide an educated expertise to group classes I attend. They don’t just bulk you up for the sake of bulking you up (though they can if you want them too). My shoulders are broader now and my shirts don’t fit, but I feel great and that’s what I asked for. I guess it’s an excuse to get some new threads!

Welcoming team and community, great music, and lots of laughs will get you through the workouts- focused on biomechanics and how the body SHOULD move! Came in with an ACL tear that was slowing me down and surgery seemed inevitable. The Mi Moves programming improved my overall strength and mobility quickly in 4 weeks time, and my knee felt much more stable, and making me confident to get out on the paddle board and take my dog hiking on rocky trails again. Our household is full of MI Moves fans - it’s not your average gym. There’s zero intimidation factor… the trainers are excellent and knowledgeable, the community is warm and inviting, and the workouts are NEVER the same. Compound movements in multiple planes of motion mimics how we actually move in real life and keeps your mind on form and balance - there is no mental capacity in the movements to be bored or compare yourself to a neighbor. If this gym looks really different to you (atypical equipment, no mirrors, a turf run) it’s because it is. A must-try for your fitness journey in TC!
