The boys recreational program is a joke. "Coach" Jake barely looks up from his phone during classes, ignores parents other than to complain that child is "not engaging appropriately". And no one ever answers the phones. If you have a girl, maybe your experience is different.

Had a horrible experience with my 3yr old daughter. It was her first class and the instructor came outside in less than 10min complaining how my child wasn’t doing anything. I told her to give her more time and after another 15/20min she came out outside AGAIN saying.. your daughter is just sitting there doing nothing, you can grab her or just let her sit there!! I was like, seriously? She just turned 3, it’s her first class and the instructor seems to be bother about my daughter just sitting there trying maybe to watch before joining the little group. She was actually quiet the whole time just looking at the other kids.
I asked if I could come in and that’s when my daughter started doing all the routine. She was more comfortable with me there but this wasn’t something that the instructor suggested or anything. Seems to me like she is not competitive enough to be teaching small children.
Btw.. first time ever leaving a comment but I was very irritated at what happened.

I am impressed with the professionalism, organization and kindness of MAG. My 9 year old daughter loves Coach James. She has learned so much from him and has gained confidence in her effort and abilities. They truly can reach any age at any level. The hardcore parents can be a little much but I suppose that comes with the territory. Highly recommended!

Staffs and coaches are really friendly, patient with kids are specials needs like my daughter.
They have specials classes for kids who are autistic, learning issues … I think it’s amazing that all kids can enjoy activities

Huge gym, always full classes. Coaches are very professional and teach skills and safety. Reasonably priced. My kid loves it .

We had a birthday party here and our 5yo loved it. Austin walked me though the process for singing up on lines, getting waivers completed and was such a great friendly help the day of the party. Thanks Austin for wrangling our children and supporting them to have a fantastic hour of fun in the gym!

The admin is nice and friendly, teachers are nice and knows what they’re doing. My daughter enjoys it. not too boring and serious With good mix of playfulness. Price is reasonable as well.
Only down side seems Not too flexible on make up policy though.
