I've been working with Coach Fay since August 2023 and the only thing I would change is I should've gone to coach sooner. Not only has he helped me fix my game but has also given me the ability to fix some of my golf game problems by myself, along with pure knowledge about the game, like club face control and how your feet and legs should properly work.

Mike has been a tremendous instructor. He breaks things down in a way that are super easy to understand and apply to your game. Within my first few lessons I have added distance to every club in my bag and dropped my scoring average! Highly recommend!

As a college player, I have received a lot of coaching and critiques from many different places. I have never made so much progress in such a short amount of time as I did with Mike. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, he is kind, patient, and enjoyable to speak with. His outlook towards golf is something that I believe all players should strive for. His infectious attitude makes you want to improve, work harder, and play more. I am so glad that I had the opportunity to receive a lesson from him and would recommend him above anyone for both players just starting out as well as those with a high amount of experience. Mike has something to teach everyone as long as they are interested in listening and getting better at the game of golf.

Mike is an amazing coach. As a fellow coach of Cleary University , me and my players have been able to get a great analysis of our games and be able to understand why things go wrong on the course when they do. One of the Best Golf Instructors in the US

With over 30 years of experience teaching, winning Michigan PGA teacher of the year, recognized by Golf Digest, Golf Channel’s swing coach, Mike Fay is one of the leading golf instructors in the country.

Following 20-30 years off from the game after taking a beginner’s course in college, I dusted off my old clubs, broken shoes, and disintegrating glove and tried to play on my own. It was humorous how bad I was at the game, slicing all the balls into the water and trees. Realizing I needed a professional golf instructor to untrain my bad habits and build me back up, I found Mike Fay.

All of his awards and accolades are well deserved. Between taking lessons from him and practicing every week over the last year I have seen a dramatic improvement in my golf swing and have fallen in love with the sport. Using his experience, coupled with state of the art technology, he analyzes your problem areas, gives you the tools to eradicate your bad habits, and coaches you up to whatever level of potential your game can become.

On a personal note, I enjoy working with Mike because he is also a decent human being and fun to work with. I look forward to continuing taking golf lessons from him and improving my game. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. He has my highest recommendation and hopefully if you give him an opportunity you will experience a significant improvement and have more fun with your game, too!

As seen in the attached photo from today's lesson, he has coached me up to the ability to hit the 7 iron straight 140-150 yards! I know I still have a lot to improve but I appreciate everything he has taught me so far!

Mike is an outstanding teacher and person. He takes a strong interest in our son's golf game and life outside of golf. He is a huge cheerleader for his progress but also provides constructive feedback when things aren't up to par - a fine line but Mike has the knack of knowing when to push and when to celebrate.

We completely trust Mike with our son's development as a golfer and also as a role model of how to be a professional.

I would highly recommend Mike Fay for coaching both juniors and adults. My children and I have taken multiple lessons with him and he has really helped all of us with not only improving our game, but developing an awareness for our golf swings. He relates easily to junior golfers and adults, making lessons in a relaxed and fun environment where you make genuine improvement. As a parent of junior golfers, I value Mike’s genuine interest and care for my kids, not only in their progress as golfers, but in the bigger picture of life.
