Joining Mission Fitness Gym was one of the best decisions I've ever made! I've been a member since 2018 and Eric and the staff truly care about their members. At one point in my journey I had cut my body fat in half and lost over 70 pounds. Life happened so I'm working my way back down but with the encouragement of staff and other members I look forward to my workouts! I consider them my Fitness Family. Anyone looking for a new gym home should seriously consider Mission Fitness

I'm really happy I joined six months ago. For me it's not just about getting stronger and seeing better numbers. I found that I don't stick to a program without good support and I won't stick with a gym unless the atmosphere is good. I found both with Mission Fitness. They are welcoming and accommodating for all ages and fitness levels, men and women. It's been my experience, unfortunately, that some gyms aren't a safe space for women, especially women that want to incorporate weight and resistance into their workout. That's not the case with Mission. Plus, the trainers will support you in any way and as much as you need, with nutrition and workouts. I'm really happy I took the chance and made the decision to join.

I started Mission fitness in the summer - in less than 4 months I have lost 19 pounds. I’m stronger, have more energy, and I actually enjoy working out! Everyone is very friendly, the coaches are encouraging and are great at adapting exercises to accommodate varying levels of ability. I’ve tried going to gyms independently but realized I would benefit from some friendly accountability. This is a great community that will help you to discover and accomplish your goals!

Since May 2024, I have worked with Mission Fitness to improve my lower back pain and overall fitness. It’s a great experience working with trainers who are knowledgeable, patient, and friendly, providing comfort, motivation, and fun. The exercises and techniques I learned have reduced my back pain dramatically, helped me lose 17 pounds, and improved my form and strength. You will find that Mission Fitness has one of the best gyms if you want dedicated, knowledgeable trainers, results, and to be part of a team. I would highly recommend calling them today. I joined this gym after mostly sitting for about 7 years. When you are caring for your parent who has many medical problems going on, you tend to not take care of yourself. I knew if I fell, I would never be able
to get up on my own at 67years old. I was waiting to wake up and want to exercise and that just did not happen. Then I decided to just go anyway and see what happens. Things started changing thanks to all the good programs tailored to me personally and my I have lost weight, toned up, and can get up off the floor by myself. Every day I do what they tell me to do, I feel better. My Balance is improved, I have energy, and I was able to keep up on a vacation. Thanks to Caleb, Eric, Hailey, TJ, and Jarrett. Mission Fitness is the best! From the coaches to the workouts I love this place. The knowledge, variability in workouts, and the shakes cannot be beat. They have helped me with strength, confidence, and flexibility. I have made so many friends that encourage me to do better. I love attending with the same group, the commraderie is great! We are like a family.
I recently suffered a severe knee injury and the coaches are more than helpful on making sure I am correctly doing my exercises to aid in my rehab. Great place to spend your time to become a better you.

Before joining Mission Fitness, I was already consistently working out at home. I had a routine, but over time, it started to feel repetitive and a bit uninspired. Joining Mission Fitness completely changed that. They brought the fun back into my workouts—something I didn’t even realize I was missing. The variety of exercise plans and training styles keeps things fresh, and the trainers constantly motivate me to push myself further, especially with resistance training. I’m challenging myself in ways I never would have on my own.

Beyond the physical gains, one of the most unexpected but welcome changes has been the sense of community. I cannot say enough great things about Mission Fitness, the Coaches, and the Members. I knew I wanted to get back in the gym in order to start feeling strong again and regain my confidence but it had been so many years and frankly I was scared. I lacked motivation and the excitement needed to get going. Mission Fitness was a perfect way to get back to a gym routine. I have never been part of a gym that gives so much individual attention and support. The trainers work with you to create an individualized workout plan that is continuously updated as you progress. Joining Mission Fitness has been the best decision I have made for my health/fitness.

I joined because a friend with poor eyesite needed a driver. Best decision ever. I had a shoulder with constant pain. In six weeks it was 90% better. I had balance problems. No more. I tripped constantly they strengthend my thigh muscles and taught me to pick up me feet. The programs aren't one size fits all. Everyone is on different programs tailored to thier needs. The staff is very nice and licensed. I'd recommend everyone to sign up for a free trial and see for themselves.

I discovered Mission Fitness in a Google search, and I am so glad to have found them! The communication with Eric (the owner), has been phenomenal…he’s always there with knowledge and encouragement, and very quick to respond…the communication is top notch. I LOVE THIS GYM! I started going to Mission about 2 months ago. I have gone almost every day since I started and I still love it! My teenage son did an 8 week program tailored to areas he wanted to improve on: agility, speed and balance. Eric and his team did just that. His pre & post evaluations showed great gains in a fairly short amount of time. He will be continuing his growth and development with Mission over the next two years during off seasons. I highly recommend Mission Fitness for any youth athlete wanting to take their performance to the next level! My son has worked with the team at Mission Fitness for over a year. However, the past 3 months he really focused on preparing for his upcoming basketball season. I been with Mission for over 4 years now and it has made a difference! My weekend job I do a lot of lifting and before Mission I was always out of breath after my gig. But now I can lift my equipment at a gig with no problems! Staff at mission cares very much about there clients and always inviting at every workout. They have many accommodating hours it you want to workout in the morning or later in the evening. Eric the owner (and staff) truly cares about his business. It truly shows. I would Highly Recommend Mission Fitness!

I came to Mission Fitness about 6+ months ago and I was not sure at first if it was going to be fore me. I work in a fast paced physically demanding profession and the time slots were a big turn off to me at first. I was thinking how am I ever going to make it in for my time slot.

What I discovered was that the signing up gave me accountability to myself and I was arranging my schedule to make it work. I found a gym full of friendly faces from all different walks of life and all different levels of fitness. I also discovered support from Eric, my coach Chad and the whole mission team to help me reach my strength and nutrition goals.

Chad is great at pushing me to be better but at the same time is always concerned with safety. At different times he has modified my program on the fly due to mild muscle pain/soreness and then put me back on track once I’ve recovered. He has also been willing to work with me if I can’t make it in to the time I signed up for by allowing me to come in early or do what I can if I’m running late. This has helped keep me motivated and on track. He is always bringing high positive energy to the gym and making everyone smile with his jokes.

Eric was instrumental in helping me get my nutrition on the go up to snuff. He sat down with me and gave me tips for healthy food wile on the road and helped me develop better eating habits. These tips have made a significant impact in helping me reach my health goals.

The whole mission team and all its members are encouraging and make workouts fun. I highly recommend you come in and give it a try. See what you can discover on your fitness journey.

Mission Fitness really supports your goals! The trainers pushed me (which I wanted!) to continue to excel and become stronger. I really liked the challenging programs the trainers put together for me along with the support to ensure I was doing it correctly so I didn’t hurt myself. The small group sessions were my favorite as I could work on my program. The trainers also ask what you liked/didn’t like in the current program when they were creating a new program. I enjoyed meeting the other members, too. I will be back this fall after I’m done showing my horse for the summer to keep my core strong over the winter!!

There are lots of options here in Lenawee County but none that will provide you with a program that suits both your lifestyle and your goals. Don't know what your goals are? Don't worry because at Mission Fitness, Eric and his coaching staff will help you develop a program that will work. The success I have found in getting healthy and staying that way has been because of Mission Fitness. When I was facing a hip replacement, Mission staff developed a program for me that strengthened the muscles around the hip and helped me get into a fitness state that carried me through the surgery to a really remarkable and swift recovery. I was walking independently of any assistance whatsoever within 3 weeks of the surgery and I know it was in large part because of the work I did at Mission "pre-habbing" my body. Give it a try. It is life-changing.

This is a fantastic place to work out. Lots of variety, great coaches, fun atmosphere. Energy is good and they have a delicious shake bar to refuel after a hard workout. The trainers really listen to body issues and adjust accordingly (for me it is a knee and hip issue) so that you are still getting a great workout. I have gone early morning and even though I am still a little sleepy the coaches energy is up and you can't help but meet them there. Highly recommend!

I have been working with Eric and his dedicated crew at Mission for more than three years now. I started out wanting to increase my flexibility and gain a bit of strength hoping to help my golf game, and never having belonged to a "gym" before, I really didn't know what to expect. Well, three years later and nearly 400 workouts later, I cannot even think of not exercising several days a week. During the pandemic, Eric quickly set up home workouts via Zoom and I haven't missed a beat. I have increased my flexibility and thanks in part to improvements in golf technology, I can still hit a golf ball nearly as far as I could 30 years ago. In the process I've lost some weight and gained a considerable amount of muscle...something I didn't think was possible at my age. Working directly with a trainer has been one of the best decisions I've made in years. My wife joined with me several months after I first started and she has seen similar results...although as a non-golfer, she's not interested at all in improving her golf game. Just better health. I am 55 years old and used to run 30 miles a week but constantly had lower body injuries as a result. After just one month of workouts at Mission Fitness, my core and legs have gotten strong enough for me to try running again. My first time out, I ran 10 miles with no pain. Mission has helped me gain my strength for life. The staff is so fun and friendly. There is absolutely no atmosphere at Mission to feel intimidated. Workouts are all ages, all fitness levels. I started attending Mission Sports in December. Less than a week later I broke my heel and was on crutches, non-weightbearing to my right foot. The staff were welcoming and modified all of my workouts so I could continue to attend and get a good workout in regardless of injury. The staff is so kind and helpful. I love all of the coaches and the community. Best of all, I’m seeing some huge results, even though I’ve been attending different gyms for 10+ years. Mission makes the difference. For the past 5 years I have worked out at Mission. When I started, I could not pick myself up off the floor from the impacts of breast cancer and a broken tibia. Eric and his staff have consistently met me where I was to help me develop my strength to the next step. Last spring, with the Covid isolation, I was able to teach myself to mix mortar and lay brick as well as shovel and move 1,000s of pounds of pea gravel to create garden beds by hand. I am 62 and am looking forward to warmer weather to create more garden beds.

I have had a good experience while going to Mission overall. The trainers are super fun and the atmosphere is not judgemental, which is the best part. I really enjoy the fat loss challenges as they help get me back on track nutritionally which is where I struggle most. The only reason I am not giving them a 5 out of 5 rating is the cost. I am lucky to have help with the cost through my husbands work, but it is still a financial commitment that can be difficult in our area and with having a newborn. I enjoy the large group training the most due to the pace which is thankfully the least expensive option. For people who can’t get to the gym everyday an unlimited option is not necessary and feels like a waste of money. It would be nice to be able to pay less for a 2-3 time a week limited option and still get people to the gym. I think this would make it more likely to sign back up and feel good about the decision.

There are not enough stars for me to rate Mission Sports Performance. Since high school, I have never stuck with a workout regiment for longer than a few months. I am coming up on my 1 year anniversary in a month of being at Mission. My life has changed in so many ways since working out at Mission.
