Barre, Weights, Cardio & Core! Boutique fitness workout classes located in Traverse City. We offer our signature 60 min Modus45 class, M45 -our take on a 45 minute HIIT class, Flex- a 60 minute class with more stretches added in and finally our Mobility class- focusing on flexibility and control. All of our classes help strengthen muscles (especially the pelvic floor!), increase range of motion in joints and work to improve posture, balance and mind-body coordination.

Modus is the only workout that gets me fit. The Instructors are helpful, kind, and encouraging. Iβm over 60 and itβs not easy but so worth it.

My favorite workout class! I've been doing Modus for five or six years and feel it has really helped with strength training, cardio, and flexibility. The new studio is great and I enjoy going to a spacious, clean area for a MIC (half hour class with 7 cardio "punches") or a Modus45 class (longer workout with weights, 5 cardios, and a great mix of abs, glutes and thigh exercises). I highly recommend giving Modus45 a try!

Modus45 is the best! This class targets muscles unlike any other workout Iβve done before. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, and very motivating. I really enjoy the structure of the classes and find that every visit provides a different challenge. Highly, highly recommend Modus45!

I am a 41yo book/yoga/chilling out loving woman...I started the MODUS online classes two months ago and they were HARD!!! I am still fighting for it and take breaks, BUT I am noticing how much more confident, energetic, and strong I'm feeling. The other day I decided to jog for part of my walk and was so surprised by how much I could do! I know I have MODUS45 to thank. I'm hooked and highly recommend this workout to everyone!
p.s. I also love that the instructors don't body shame...there is never any talk about the shape of one's body, just encouraging us that this workout helps us feel stronger for anything in life. That's important to me!
