About the Club

Movement Pilates offers classes from beginner to advanced. Pilates is a form of low impact exercises that focus on improving strength, mobility, flexibility and posture. Pilates is a great exercise for all age groups. Movement Pilates offers group, duet, and private classes. We utilize reformers, cadillacs, chairs and mat work. Shelby is a fantastic Pilates instructor! Her classes are small and intimate, so you really get her expert attention to correct positioning and make adjustments as needed. Pilates makes you feel so strong and toned, but isn’t so intense you dread going. Definitely recommend Shelby at Movement Pilates!

After years of back issues making working out near impossible I started physical therapy and then moved on to Pilates with Shelby. I didn't think I could do it but with guidance from Shelby I'm 6 weeks in and plan to keep progressing. She runs a great class, inclusive to all levels, giving options to those of us who are early on their fitness journey while making sure the more advanced are pushed. If thinking about pilates - this is the place!

Shelby was the perfect instructor. I joined one of the Pop Up classes for mat pilates. If you are looking for something to make you sweat, challenge you, give you a slow burn, but overall make you feel aligned and amazing afterward…this is your girl! She gave modifications to make it easier or harder and gave perfectly timed breaks in between as well. 10/10 would go again!

Shelby is an amazing instructor! She motivates you and makes you feel so comfortable. I started about 5 months ago, I can't believe the difference in my mobility! I am so much stronger, and more toned. Everyone should give her classes a try , you will not regret it.

Shelby is such a great instructor for all of her classes! She is so knowledgeable and upbeat that attending her classes are my favorite part of the week! She has taught me how to be more aware of my own posture and mechanics and I highly recommend her if you want to get in shape and have fun doing it!

First time trying Pilates and joined one of the Pop-Up Mat classes. Fun experience, great workout, and Shelby was spectacular at putting it all together. Can’t wait to try Chair and Reformer classes!
