imma be honest , i’ve never been to a gym that’s made me want to speed up my workout . dated equipment is cool , but sometimes it gets in the way especially with a specific program . dumbells are broken and benches feel off . atmosphere isn’t there and not enough equipment to justify 45$ a month . the main gym i go to is 45$ a month and always has updated equipment and got new ones recently… muscles has been the same for over a year . hopefully i’ll never come again .

I’ve been going here for about two years now. It is a no nonsense place. You are able to access all pieces of equipment to get a well rounded workout. It is 24 hours and well maintained both in the gym and the locker rooms. The owner, Vern, is an awesome guy and is a walking motivation to get a good workout in. I’ve recommended this place to a couple of friends now and will continue to do so. This is a smaller gym than some in the surrounding area but when you walk in and everyone knows you’re name, it feels like home.

Drove from Omaha NE to check this gym out! Very OG and anabolic! T levels tripled as soon as I walked in! The Twins aren't kidding when they say the plates feel like 100lb dumbbells! Serious old school gym. You need to check it out for yourself!

Just moved to the area and decided to give this gym a try based on reviews. The soon-to-be-owner was extremely friendly and helpful and showed me how to use one of the machines I wasn't familiar with.

Super comfortable environment. All the weights and machines you could need. I've moved every year for the past 6 years and have tried out several gyms. Initial impression of Muscles is that it will be my favorite.

The decor is a bunch of bodybuilder posters that look like the ones in the magazines my powerlifter dad would always read for free at the bookstore cafe (life hack). Never work out in a gym that doesn't have a classic Arnold poster hanging up on the wall. 👍🏼

Excellent gym, Vern the manager is a super nice dude. You're greeted upon entry by his warm smile during staffed hours. It's 24/7 so you can get in and get your set anytime. They have all the iron you need, a step climber, and 2 treadmills. None of the fluff and frills of a LA or Lifetime, but everything you need for a real workout.

By far the best location gym. I visit family a couple times a year and want to continue my workouts. I’ve gone to multiple gyms in the area and it’s always a hassle to get a guest pass for a few weeks. Muscles offers a cheap quickly no hassle pass + 24-7 access + an infrared sauna. The sauna is perfect after a workout and no other local gym that I know of offers this amenity. The gym is extremely clean and the staff is awesome.

Today was my first day with Muscles. I absolutely loved it. The second I walked in I felt comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed my workout (leg day - woot woot!). Everything was clean and organized. When I stopped by to pick up my door fob yesterday, the gentleman at the desk was friendly and welcoming (maybe the owner?).

Some things worth mentioning...

1. They have showers. Being able to get cleaned up and head straight to work is an important amenity for me.
2. There are some bumper plates. Big plus for me as I will be able to do my favorite oly lifts.
3. They have the good collars *swoon* I won't need to bring mine from home.
4. They are actually 24hrs a day. I know some places are still running limited hours due to the pandemic.
5. Pricing is on point. I read another review stating that they charge different people different amounts. Well, duh... If you go to their website it clearly shows you that the longer you commit, the cheaper it is.

Yes, I absolutely recommend this gym. As someone who is "pleasantly plump" and wanting to get back to my former fit glory, I can tell this is the place that will get me there.

I absolutely love this gym. I was in the area for a couple weeks visiting and was trying to find a place to workout. Muscles made it incredibly easy to come in and get a great lift.

I felt that they genuinely just wanted to provide the community with an exceptional, clean & classic workout atmosphere. The staff are all very friendly, make each member feel welcomed, and were happy to answer any questions.

The equipment is well maintained and old school (stuff you just don’t find in a commercial gym) which any gym junkie can appreciate! Muscles Gym has everything you need and it’s very reasonably priced.

Fun place. Good people, great atmosphere. I would like to add something. I see alot of snowflakes on here complaining about the equipment or " not even enough for a novice body builder". Theres 190lb dumb bells...Think about that. Theres more wieght on a dumb bell then most of these people crying can bench press. If you're looking for a gym where you can smell like a dandelion while taking 100 selfies every hour for your social media page this is not for you. Planet Fitness is right up the street and is more than willing to accommodate your softness. As far as racist, im there 5 to 6 days out the week. All the people I see are at 6 am to 9 am and most are local business owners who are color blind. Its obvious someone went to work out there expecting to pampered and given pizza like PF and theire feelings hurt. Sexist? No not in the slightest. However I will remind you MEN work out here and 90% of time WOMEN run the counters and are treated like family. I think alot of people are looking for a social hangout and not a gym. 1 more thing. I noticed someone said some people pay different prices. I havent witnessed it but whos business is that of yours? Some of the people there have been members for 30years. 30 YEARS. I have a buddy there who lives in New Baltimore and drives down every morning when he will pass 3 PF and a LifeTime on his way down. You're the problem with this whole damn country. More worried about what others are doing instead taking care of your own issues. Grow Up and grow a pair. Fyl.
