MVP Metro creates lifestyles. Not just today but for years. You end up forgetting what life was like before it. Just routine, friendships and lifestyle because of a gym?? Doesnβt make sense til youβre a member

The trainers here are true professionals. They are considerate, approachable, and always willing to step in with advice if they see someone struggling. Clients get great attention without the trainers taking over the gym, and the equipment is always available and well-kept. The whole place is managed smoothly, so you never feel pushed aside. For the monthly rate, it is more than worth it because you are paying for a supportive community and staff who genuinely care about your progress.

Don't bother trying to work out here trainer clients take priority and trainers will spread out towels over multiple unused stations to reserve them close to a hotel gym in size for over $100 a month.

Been to gyms all around the world, incl NY, LA and Chicago. This is among the best of them because of the people and especially the staff. The place has a fantastic vibe because of them.

It is on the more expensive side of things, but the service they offer is super nice and I would highly recommend if you live in walking distance, the main reason I stopped going there is because I moved out of downtown and it is kind of a pain to find parking everyday just to go to the gym, there's a paid parking garage right next to it, but if I am already paying so much for the membership I don't really want to add more expenses just to lift

The renovations made at MVP Metro are incredible! The expansion of the fitness floor provides plenty of space, the new equipment is great, and the addition of the functional training space upstairs and Torch studio downstairs leave something for everyone. Put that together with a team that knows you and takes good care of things make it the highest value around. I highly recommend for anyone living, working or passing through Downtown GR.

Great gym with lots of space! I stopped in today and was able to get in a solid leg workout. There are expansions happening, lots of additional equipment to use for stretching, mobility, core, etc.
one floor is locker rooms with sauna & Steam room, as well as spin room and the cardio equipment, the next level is the weights and big open turf area

Just a shoutout to the whole crew of the MVP Metro Club. These are some of the best staff members that I have ever experienced in years of working out at gyms-clubs. They really are great people who care about the membership and make an effort to get to know everyone. They are motivating and helpful when needed. You guys rock!

Staff is very nice and friendly but not pushy - a lot of them train and teach the fitness classes. The club is clean and well ordered (I was there in the down time though). There are a few different floors. 2 fitness studios, basketball court, squash court, racquetball court, cardio room, weight room, locker rooms with sauna and steam. Towels included. Fitness classes are included in the price. Great place. Downside is parking - there are multiple options, but if you want free parking, you'll have to walk a few blocks. There's no pool here - for more money though you can have access to all of the MVP clubs some of which have pools.
