My goal is to help you understand your body better so that you are able to create new healthy habits, optimize your metabolism, and gain strength that is sustainable! I want to be as fair as possible writing this and I’ve had some time to think this through. Nicole has asked for feedback from me that I have not given her but I am writing this review so if that influences how you feel reading it, that’s fair. I think if you have some problem areas or lack motivation to work out/ need a routine, this fitness team is probably fine. You have a goal to meet, my guess is they will help you meet it for better or for worse. I had a phone call prior to coming in to train where I explained this: I’m fat. I have trouble finding exercise routines that excite me and keep me coming back. I don’t have a weight loss goal because at the end of the day weight isn’t health and my only goal is to be healthy and that means moving my body. I told her I had a lot of experience working out and I’m looking for something to rely on.

The first session was fine everyone seemed nice. The next session I was placed with a different trainer that either never was given my information that I discussed with Nicole, or didn’t really listen to it. She was clearly a very new trainer which is fine everyone has to start somewhere, but I needed someone with more confidence. I went back to see Nicole and she walked me through each exercise like I’d never worked out before which for some is really great and helpful. I felt like I was wasting 1/3 of my hour on being explained how to do every little movement. The work outs were all the same and slow and boring. That’s just me, I’m sure plenty of people like it but I was extremely bored.

The things I truly did not appreciate were the talk around the gym from the trainers to other clients about their eating habits, calorie tracking. Trainers would talk about fasting this day or that day amongst themselves. To my knowledge no one there has any sort of certification as a dietician or nutritionist. This is advice to everyone: stop listening to people that don’t have degrees in this stuff. It’s irresponsible. We all have internet access and unless they can describe the science of their advice with confidence their advice about what to eat is not worth taking.

I was also asked every session what other goals I am trying to meet. I explained very clearly in my original call that my goal was to work out. But each week they insisted on asking about other activities I am doing and my eating habits. If you are looking for an accountability partner in your trainer for your day to day that’s great and I’m betting Nicole is great for helping with that. But I specifically said I was not interested in that and was still asked. When I did not have any other goals I wanted to share they gave me some anyways. This place is also expensive and I don’t think the pricing structure was properly explained. I paid for three months, which I thought one payment covered three months but it was in fact the same high payment every month. I did not use this service for three months, I barely used it a month. I was charged a fourth month for no reason.

If you like this place I’m glad. If you found their work outs useful and encouraging I’m very happy for you. If you are in pursuit of true health and body inclusive fitness, be careful of this place. I think the trainers have all the good intentions of the world but good intentions do not stop biases or misinformation.

I’m so happy I found Nicole. I train with her 3x a week and it’s been great. I have worked with many trainers in the past but what I appreciate about Nicole is that she listens to my feedback and what my specific goals are. (Not all trainers listen!!) This is so important to me. She’s great with communication and easy to work with!

Came to Nicole for help with better workouts after a new job changed my gym schedule entirely! She's such a positive and personable trainer to have, and is always challenging her clients to meet their own goals. She creates efficient workouts that target areas you want to work on; I'm spending less time at the gym than I used to and still seeing better results. Nicole is an amazing personal trainer! This is my first experience doing training ever and my expectations have been exceeded. What I like about Nicole is that she provides a positive, fun, and comforting environment to train! She holds me accountable when I am having an off day and makes adjustments as needed. Nicole genuinely cares about her clients and provides the best service for them! I highly recommend training with Nicole! After starting with her I’m never looking back! I’ve trained with Nicole for a month so far it has been great . Nicole Is so personable and friendly, our workouts together are pretty hard but she makes it go by really fast and we have a lot of fun working out. Nicole is my second trainer but she is by FAR the best. She always pushes me past my limits and is so good at teaching form, breathing techniques, and so much more. Hands down the best investment I’ve made for myself!
My health (both physically and mentally) has positively changed in the first few months of training with Nicole than in the year of me trying to do it independently.
I would recommend Nicole every time! And this is coming from someone who is NOT a morning person but still schedules 6am work outs because they are worth it just that much!!

I started Nicoles exercise program 5 months ago. I started it as a way to stay healthy during quarantine. However, since then this program has changed my lifestyle. I now exercise because I enjoy it and my body feels so much healthier. I have seen more changes in both my body and mindset than I had ever expected!

Nicole is an amazing fitness instructor! I’ve struggled with my weight since I was a child and always lack motivation to stay committed to an exercise program. Every week when I start feeling unmotivated, one video call with Nicole completely changes that. She always lets me know that tomorrow is a new day when I miss a workout or make poor choices with my eating and never makes me feel guilty for doing so. Highly recommend her and her program. I started with Nicole 5 months ago when I had finally made the decision to begin a better lifestyle - Not a diet, but an all around healthy lifestyle. It was the best decision I made because in the last five months, I have: gained a better understanding for what it means to really work out your body, mind and soul; started seeing results like I never have before both physically and mentally; began to completely change my mindset when it comes to dessert, snacks, being hungry, etc. because I finally got to the place of knowing what foods were necessary to fuel my body without facing the guilt of "too many calories, too much carbs, etc.".
