I’ve been training with Tarek for about a year, and I am feeling amazing. I first joined his mobility classes and quickly noticed less aches and pains and better movement overall. From there, I started private sessions with a program tailored to my needs.

I have hip dysplasia (one side surgically repaired), so for years I avoided movements involving my hips and pelvis. That held me back not only in exercise but also in tennis and golf. With the focused mobility and strength work we’ve done, I can now move into positions I never could have before. My hips feel stronger and more stable, which has carried over into every part of my training and daily life.

On the court, I’m faster, stronger, and more confident. Nearly every week I notice something new improving. I’ve loved seeing the progress and can’t recommend No Bull enough for anyone looking to move better and perform their best.

I started training a No Bull Personal Training after finishing rehab from surgery for a nerve condition that left my right arm and shoulder very weak. I play golf and tennis and wanted to not only keep building on the progress I made in rehab, but also establish consistency in my exercise routines.

The program Tarek built for me covers everything—mobility, power and jumping for explosiveness, strength, and cardio. He’s been able to individualize my workouts to balance out the strength between my arms. That level of attention has made a huge difference.

Since starting, I feel stronger, more mobile, and overall healthier. The improvements show up in my workouts, my sports, and everyday life. I’ve even seen my blood work improve in my yearly physical! The coaching, knowledge and support here have been exactly what I needed. I cannot recommend No Bull Personal Training enough!

I played soccer at Central Michigan University for two years before transferring to Michigan State for my final two years, and Tarek was with me every step of the way throughout my college soccer career. I have taken Tarek’s kinstretch class a couple times and I love it! I can tell you that he understands mobility and movement patterns and you want that in a personal trainer.
