No Bull was able to provide me the unique full body strength training that I needed to perform as a college wrestler-far better than the strength training provided by my own university for NCAA athletes!
More importantly, as a result outside of "putting up big numbers in lifts" I NEVER sustained a sports related injury during my career as an athlete in the last 10 years. I credit this to the plate loaded machines No Bull uses to isolate and strengthen muscles more effectively individually. Other workout trainers try to combine multiple strength movements into one exercise; which in my opinion doesn't strengthen each muscle as efficiently as isolating it. The basic exercises of weight lifting are still around because they actually work. No Bull's motto "No Gimmicks, No Fads, No Bull" is true to its words!

I have been with Eric between my back surgeries. My recovery after my second surgery was cut in half by working out 3x a week . I had over a year of training before surgery. I would recommend his one on one training.

I've been training with No Bull for many years. I've never come close to the same amount of progress that I've made there. Whether is was getting ready for my senior year of football in high school, or my freshman year in college. No Bull has helped me physically and mentally.
I herniated 2 discs my back, my sophomore year in high school, and was told by many doctors and specialists, that I wasn't going to ever get over the pain and that it would be there the rest of my life. After starting my training at No Bull, my back pain slowly started going away. To this day I have only slight pain if that! I can't thank Erik and No Bull enough. He was also one of the only people that believed in me.
If you're looking for a trainer that will dedicate his time to making sure you're reaching your intentions, look no further. No Bull Strength and Performance is the place to be!
