I have been loving the classes offered at Nurture! All the staff have been wonderful, and the membership options are great. I also like being able to do most classes virtually, which fits into my schedule!

Today started with my original photographer canceling and blocking me, but then I found this studio and the amazing talented Bri was able to squeeze us in for a last minute shoot. This pregnancy has been really rough so we aren’t even sure if we will have more and really wanted to capture it, Bri did just that. She made this experience so amazing, I am beyond thankful, words can’t even explain the joy she brought me and my partner. Thank you so much for this experience Bri!!!!

A Truly Nurturing Space – For Body, Mind & Soul

Teaching at this studio has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career. I’ve taught virtual Hatha yoga at sunrise, soothing restorative and yin classes, and even had the joy of welcoming children into my sessions. No matter the class, the feeling is always the same: nurturing, vibrant, and energetically aligned—just like the name of the studio suggests.

The owners are absolutely incredible human beings. They lead with love, compassion, and kindness, and it shows in every detail—from the diverse class offerings to the inclusive, sensory-friendly environment they’ve cultivated. They genuinely care about both their teachers and their students, and it creates a sense of community that is rare and special.

It’s a beautiful container for healing and connection—and I feel lucky to be part of it.

Nurture is such an extraordinary place. My relationship with yoga has been long though inconsistent, and I've attended many studios throughout the years, but Nurture is truly my favorite. The atmosphere is warm, kind and accepting. The studio and all its offerings have become an important part of my physical and mental health care. Thanks to the variety of classes, there's always something going on that my body is telling me it needs, whether it's basic stretching, relaxation, or more of a heart rate-elevating workout. I hope anyone who's worried about trying yoga for the first time will take the leap and try out Nurture - there's no other studio I've visited or belonged to that is as accommodating and welcoming (and friendly and fun). And while all yoga studios talk about creating a community with their visitors, I think Nurture does it best! I love being part of it.

We used this space for our daughter’s high school graduation party.. we cannot say enough great things about Bri and this space! We were accommodated to get in by noon to set up, with Bri and her husband helping to clean and get tables, chairs, and cushions in place. The space was perfect to hold our catered food, put up pictures/awards, and the back yard was great for yard games! Our daughter also enjoyed that she could change the lights to different colors for a theme! There was also a restroom for use, a fridge to keep things cool, cleaning supplies, and extra storage (for things like extra drinks) to be out of the way from the party. Clean up of the party was a breeze with a garbage can outside to put trash in and they helped take care of the tables and chairs!

Highly recommend using this space for an event! Reasonably priced and amazing venue!

When I started my new job in the area, I knew it was a good time to try to create some new positive habits in my life. I have always enjoyed yoga but had never committed to a class schedule or a studio. During a Google search I found Nurture studio. It was close to work and the class schedules worked with my work schedule. Walking in to my first class, I was nervous. I hadn't been to a yoga class in years and I didn't know anyone. Everyone, the instructors and the class participants, have all been amazing. I enjoy how the instructors provide clear instructions and are always open to questions. Everyone is so accepting! Definitely a judgement free zone! I have really enjoyed my classes at Nurture and I love the option for online live classes. If you are looking to start a yoga practice, I would HIGHLY recommend checking out Nurture!

I am a children's author and I utilized the space at Nurture Studios to host a reading to a group of children. Bri at Nurture was so easy to work with and the space is so calming. Its a blank slate so you can do so much with it. I'd highly recommend Bri and the venue for events!

I had an event at Nurture Studios with Lansing Area Littles, and had such a great experience! Bri was very communicative and helpful when it came to planning and you could tell how much thought and care goes into her business. It was such a pleasant experience I’d gladly return back to take a few of her classes and for another event in the future!

Bri came to our rescue when the venue I had rented for my daughter's bridal shower canceled on us with only a months notice! She invited my daughter and I to visit her studio to see if it would work for us, and it far exceeded our expectations! We booked our date! Bri communicated with us frequently and had everything we needed and more. The studio was spotless and completely ready for our set up when we arrived. All of our guests commented on how beautiful and perfect it was! Bri made everything easy and we are so appreciative!

Bri is an ABSOLUTE JOY to work with. 💙 The heart and intention behind everything she does is clear and genuine.

Her yoga classes (and those of her staff) feel approachable, fun, worthwhile, peaceful and like you are met exactly as you are to deliver you with exactly what you need. I LOVE the variety in class offerings and scheduling and this will be my yoga spot from now on! It’s a little bit of a drive for me and WELL WORTH IT! Don’t miss out on the opportunity to visit Bri and Nurture Yoga Studio!!

Bri is such a warm and welcoming human being. She embodies everything that a true yogi is. The class I took at Nurture was restorative and helped me to really focus on deep breathing, something a lot of us aren't incredibly conscious of anymore in our busy lives. It was great to visit a studio that emphasizes the importance of this.

The studio is a beautiful, clean, and calming space. You can tell a lot of care goes into it. I am highly anticipating taking more classes in the future and attending some of the fun events Nurture puts on around the Lansing area. What a gift to the little village of Dimondale!

I attended a Vinyasa yoga class virtually through Nurture, lead by Bri, and it was a wonderful experience! The online booking and live streaming was very convenient. I was able to find a time on a weekend morning that worked with my schedule. Bri’s peaceful presence and kind patience in explaining each pose made the experience comfortable. I would highly recommend!

As a beginner, and a 69 year old grandma, I felt very comfortable and accepted in Bri's class. She was responsive to questions, positive and non-judgemental. I found that I really need to do more yoga, because my flexibility, balance and posture are woefully inadequate! Nurture studio is convenient for me since I live in Dimondale. Come on over to experience a "stretching" experience, close to home!

Bri, the owner and instructor at Nurture Studios, is welcoming and knowledgeable about yoga.
Most of the class participants in the Tuesday 9am class were fairly new to yoga. Bri clearly explained, while demonstrating, what to do as we moved from one position to another. She also showed modifications for a person who had knee problems and for a person who had a healing broken big toe.
If someone asked a question pertaining to correct positioning (for example, our hips or our feet), Bri was at ease changing her position so the class could see the pose from a different perspective. She also was able to reexplain the steps, in a different way, that helped clarify for the class.
The pace was slower due to the number of newbies in the class. Yet it was still very useful.
I believe as people become confident in correct positioning, the class will move along at the intended pace.

I visited Nurture during its Open House this afternoon. The owner, Bri, is sweet and accommodating. She's AMAZING with kiddos and excited to have regularly scheduled classes. I love the beautiful, historical storefront. The studio setting has good energy with a calm, comfortable, and engaging space. I believe that Nurture compliments the character of downtown Dimondale very well. Consider checking them out; it will be worthwhile.
