A great personalized strength training experience. I 10/10 recommend. Onyx did an amazing job of customizing a work out to my sons needs with a strength training program. Working on his specific areas of weakness, ensuring proper technique and giving him great instruction, and also helping with wrestling on the mat. THANK YOU ONYX, we are looking forward to next time.

O3 is fantastic. I have tried a lot of different gyms and fitness programs and O3 is one of my favorites. Particularly, I have enjoyed:
- The Facility: Is clean and they have all the right equipment.
- The Coaching: Danny puts together great programming for the gym. I have noticed gains quickly. The coaches are very knowledgable and attentive to ensure that exercises are done with good form and suit your individual fitness level.
- The Community: People are friendly and supportive. Expect to be cheered on as you cross the finish line.
I would highly recommend this CrossFit gym to anyone looking for a great workout.
