There are only a handful of times in your life when you come across a place that ends up transforming the way you look at yourself and your health. Even more important is a change that is deep-rooted and lasting. I have been working with Mason for several years now and because of this place, I have never felt healthier, physically or emotionally. We have shattered the goals we initially set with no end in sight. Dont waste your time elsewhere--if you possess the grit, there is NO better place around to get it done.

I have been working with Mason for nearly 8 months. I have been no short of impressed with his level of knowledge and professionalism. He has had an incredible impact on my health journey and has helped me achieve goals that I wasn't even sure were possible. Mason approaches very workout prepared and is full of positivity. I appreciate his flexibility in the workouts. I have felt very comfortable communicating with him if I need a movement adjusted, and he is quick to offer appropriate modifications. I find Mason to be approachable for any ability. In regards to the physical space, I have enjoyed the privacy and cleanliness of the space. All of the equipment is in excellent condition. I also recommend Mason for anyone looking for safe and approachable postpartum work.

What I love most about this gym is the versatility of getting great workouts both in and out of the gym. Kate does an amazing job tailoring workouts to fit each client’s needs, even when I’m traveling! And, because I seem to have a few more injuries as I age, she is really helpful at modifying an exercise if I’m unable to carry it out as planned. Love this place!

Kate is great! She is truly amazing at what she does and she genuinely cares about each and every one of her athletes. Her programing is tailored to each athlete and takes into account not only your goals, but your strengths and weaknesses, to help you become the best possible version of you. Kate guided me through a twin pregnancy where I was able to not only able to maintain strength and fitness, but I was able to workout through the entirety of it.

I love working with Kate! I'm a remote client, starting at the front end of the pandemic, when I was 200-plus miles away, when she managed to help me figure out how to create the most effective gym for my tiny basement space at the time. Fast forward three years and two houses later, and she's maximized two new spaces for me, as well as tailoring my workouts for my changing needs/wants. I've shifted goals a few times, and she always comes up with nimble modifications as needed/requested. This, coupled with the True Coach platform, which helps keep me accountable, has yielded far more enduring results than me schlepping to a gym that wastes 30 mins of travel time, not to mention hits me much harder in the pocketbook for no greater results. I cannot recommend enough! You won't regret working with Oslo Movement!

She coached me through pregnancy and I was able to build strength and maintain fitness through the birth, without missing a beat.
