I couldn't be happier with the progress I've made at Peak. Ty and my trainer, Cole, have put together a great program for me. At the beginning there was a strong emphasis on doing what I needed to do to avoid getting hurt which I greatly appreciated. I'm now 3-4 months in and I feel like I have teenage mobility again. The gym itself is also a great enviornment. Everybody in the building wants you to succeed be that trainers or other clients. Can't recommend them enough.

PEAK has completely change my outlook on fitness and working out in the past four months that I have been with them. Not only does my trainer, Celeste consistently and constantly reevaluate my weekly training tailored to my personal fitness goals, but the entire team here is dedicated to my engagement, excitement and personal progress. it is truly the most clean, positive, and motivating personal gym experience that I could ever possibly ask for. Of course it can be a little bit more of a financial investment than your local gym, but I do genuinely believe that you pay for what you get, and it’s exactly that— an investment in yourself. And the payoff, based on what you put into it, is more than you could ever get from a basic muscle gym, especially with accountability and motivation combined with years of combined professional nutrition and fitness expertise to help you reach your goals and continue to build on your progress. Training at Peak is an all-around 5 star experience. My husband and I joined six months ago, shortly after our daughter was born. With two kids under the age of two, we had put our own health & fitness on the back burner. From day one, the staff made us feel SO welcome. The gym itself is clean, comfortable & modern. The friendly atmosphere is unlike any other place I’ve trained; everyone is so kind and encouraging of one another. My trainer Celeste started me in a postpartum program to slowly rebuild my core & pelvic floor — her expertise, positivity and fun-loving personality made the transition back to fitness a breeze. I have been training at Peak for almost 4 months now and from the start, I have felt like I’ve been a part of one big happy family. Everyone there, trainers and trainees, encourage each other. Peak is the place to be!

Celeste is the best trainer one could ask for. She is fun, encouraging – always challenging me, but I know she has my back!! She pays a lot of attention every rep I do, making sure I have proper form so as not to injure myself. She has also given me alternative training for when I was recovering from sickness. I truly appreciate her being my trainer!

I also never thought I would need a nutritionist in my life. Mo completely changed my viewpoint! Every session I have with Mo I learn something new. By paying more attention to my diet, I feel like I have more energy every day.

No matter your goal, PEAK is the BEST 1-on-1 training facility! I am not an athlete, a gymbro, or a trainer... In fact, prior to training at Peak, I'd never been able to stick to more than a month or two in a gym doing random stuff until I gave up.

With Peak's trainers (shoutout to Nate!), I've been able to learn a structured, personalized approach to fitness that actually works for me. Nate took the time to understand my goals, limitations, and lifestyle, crafting workouts that not only challenge me but also keep me motivated. This is a great gym with even better staff. I worked with Celeste and Mo for exercise programming and diet guidelines. Following their direction I was able to lose about 15 lbs. over the course of about 3 months. I became stronger and leaner. The gym is a great atmosphere with clean equipment. As a trainer at Peak I’m a little biased, but I have used the programming and methodologies myself to rehab a bad lower back injury that plagued me for the better part of a year and a half. It was so bad that anytime I sat for longer than 10 minutes I would get excruciating pain in my back and shooting down my leg. Now not only am I pain free, I’m also able to train and lift heavier than I’ve ever been able to! Peak saved me from getting surgery, and they can help you too!

The trainers and staff at Peak are simply on another level. I found myself losing control of my physical health and signed up for an assessment and it’s been nothing but success since. They won’t try to sell you false hope to make a buck, they will sit down with you and build a plan around your current fitness levels and goals and adjust them as needed.

I can personally vouch for Ty, Nate, and Celeste. All three are incredibly knowledgeable in their respective specialities. They create an amazing atmosphere that builds a desire in you to want to be better. And to top it off, their on site nutritionist Mo genuinely cares about everyone that walks in. He takes a personal investment in everyone’s journey and you can tell him seeing his clients succeed drives him.

Overall the best fitness experience I’ve ever had. Despite the 40 minute drive I’m happy I found Peak and I’ll never go to another gym.

I have worked out at Peak for 4+ months, thanks to a referral from a good friend. The personal attention has been great, I've been impressed with the expert guidance that I receive from Nate, Ty, Celeste ... and yes even Mo! (just kiddin' Mo). Nate set up a program to help me achieve my strength goals, and it's definitely working. I lift more weight every week and am better prepared to perform as a 50+ year old regular guy (husband / dad / white collar worker / volunteer firefighter). Mo set up a diet/nutrition program to help me increase my strength. While I primarily work with Nate as my trainer - Ty, Celeste and Mo know my program, and give me regular tips and guidance. I'm glad to have learned the proper way to work out, which I know has prevented injuries. Peak has a great team of super smart and motivated experts, thanks very much!

I came to Peak with the hope that I could get back into exercise while dealing with debilitating pain in; back, shoulders, and knees.
What I did not expect was that strength training would be the ultimate fix to all my physical problems. Through their individual tailored programs, and their professionalism, I am stronger that I have ever been. I have returned to playing sports, and I simply feel great. The best group of guys out there. I started their program earlier this year, Nate and Ty made me feel right at home and really showed knowledge on working out and maintaining the body. I started out 210 and in a short amount of time I managed to lose 30lb and I’m still going at it.
