I appreciate the 24/7 cleanliness of this center, they do a great job with the upkeep. One of the cleanest gyms I've ever been through in my life.
I do wish the big ceiling fans were on all the time, it makes a big difference with the air in the gym.
Some of the machines could be updated/different or maybe replace the ones rarely used with more than one of the popular ones like an extra leg press/bench press?
There are some great trainers there, mine in particular really can make a variation for ANY exercise, so not having extra/certain machines is a solvable problem with her in your corner. I highly recommend working with Bron if you have any limitations or have been out of the gym game for a while, or just want someone to bring life and energy to your training session! I have expanded my knowledge tenfold working with her and have ultimately started to create a more functional body. Hesitant to highly recommend this little gem as to keep it quaint but if you're looking for a clean and quieter fitness center in town, this is it. The 24/7 key fob access is also clutch.

Best Gym in town. This gym has traditional equipment as well as functional performance tools available. Spacious, well lit, NEVER crowded. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Had my 90 minute inbound today was awesome. The body mass analysis on the InBody 570 machine is crazy cool. This is real BMI data I can use to track my progress. The base line strength on the app is so cool. Thank You for another amazing experience.

Wow what an amazing experience. Dawn and staff are so supportive and inspirational. I've never been involved in a gym with such incredible technology and a true plan for all my health goals. If you want top notch equipment, staff, and training this is the gym for you. They even have home based programs to keep us motivated during the covid crisis. Super impressed keep up the great work!
