Pilates is achievable for every BODY and I feel privileged to be able to offer a female only, private studio for one on one healthy movement including Cadillac, Reformer, Chair and Mat to all levels and special populations.
I love how Pilates goes far beyond in teaching us to recognize our body movements Empowering us in our daily
life!
I have completed my Comprehensive Certificate through MOVE Wellness and am a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher.
It has been an absolute joy to witness the many physical, mental and spiritual health benefits the Pilates experience has brought around the world.

As a lifelong Equestrian, Helen understands exactly what I need to improve my core strength and overall fitness and suppleness. I find my riding skills have improved tremendously since I have started weekly private sessions with Helen. She addresses each of my goals and increases the challenges week by week. I have gained enough core strength and balance to help me compete successfully on a fairly green horse in dressage while we also have fun jumping small Cross Country courses. I started Pilates because I was searching for something sustainable and beneficial for both body and mind. I feel incredibly lucky to have found Helenβs studio. From day one, Helen has been knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely invested in my progress.
Over the past 10 months, Iβve learned so much from her. She takes the time to understand your goals and needs, tailoring each session accordingly while still pushing you to improve. Every class is thoughtfully designed to be both accommodating and challenging, and her focus on technique and progression is incredibly motivating. She also has the best equipment and she designs the classes so that you get to try different exercises every time.
Whatβs surprised me most about Pilates is the powerful mind-body connection it fosters. Helen has guided me through that journey with kindness, patience, and precisionβnever rushing the process, but always encouraging growth.
Beyond her expertise, Helen is warm, compassionate, and truly cares about her clients. Her studio has become my happy placeβa space where I leave every session feeling strong, centered, and energized. I canβt recommend her enough and encourage every woman I know to give it a try.

Great atmosphere π
Helen pays attention to your body's strengths and weaknesses. She helps you build up your tolerance to exercise without being in too much pain like other classes. She modifies activities to your needs.
The studio is well equipped and gives cool privacy. Great space for muslim women who want to improve their physical fitness

I began my pilates journey in seek of something that would help the muscle tension in my shoulder and numbness I was getting in one of my legs from years of wear and tear in my career. I started at a place that had larger class sizes with varying abilities (which was perfect for me at the time). Soon, I found it difficult to grow and become better. At Pilates Achieved, Helen takes special care to work with your problem areas, help you improve your technique (which is insanely important) and she checks in at the start of every class to see how your body is feeling. I have began class with an area of tension and pain and left with much if not total relief. If you are curious about pilates or wanting to move to that next step, Pilates Acheived is your place. She offers varying class sizes, but not too big, so she can focus on each individual and be sure things are being done correctly, to avoid injury. Helen can pair you with someone of similar ability and while private classes are understandably a commitment, I can assure you, it has 100% been worth it for me. Helen will definitely challenge you if that is what you prefer but in a safe and achievable way. At 43, I have the strongest core I've ever had. Thank you Helen!

I cannot say enough good things about Helen & Pilates Achieved. Not only does she offer a beautiful space with warm, positive energy, and so many different types of equipment, but she has a thorough understanding of how to safely challenge you in a unique way tailored to your goals and needs. She has a consistent self-practice as well, which allows her to relate to everything she teaches and describe movements so clearly. She is a creative and intuitive teacher and every session has a different and fun spin on it! Ok this is gonna be a long one, but worth the read I promise.... I thought I knew what pilates was and to be honest I didn't think it was going to be for me. I heard Helen was great at what she does and I needed to make a change in my life physically and mentally so I gave it a try. I wasn't just suprised I was truly amazed with the entire experience and now I go twice a week! Pilates is exactly what I needed in my life and I think that is only 50% of it, Helen is the other 50%. She listens to my physical needs and has an intuition with knowledge to clearly direct and teach me that is growing my limitations in a way I could never do on my own or in a class. The one on one with her has transformed the way I think of a workout. When I leave I feel charged and ready to do anything, I feel my core muscles working in a way they haven't before and my mind is clear and focused because she also focuses heavily on breathing techniques that I love! Her attention to form and patience to go at my pace is a gift. Thank you Helen for coming into my life at such a perfect time. I have had the most amazing results with Helenππ» I needed a change in my exercise routine. I did too much cardio and needed to be stronger. She taught me that Pilates can make you more flexible and you can actually have better results with the strength you gain during your sessions as opposed to getting on a treadmill. Helen has total passion and experience in her ability to teach and understand what each individual needs.
