I definitely recommend Pilates with Jayne! I’m a CPT, runner and I have had SI joint issues the past couple of years that have made running difficult for me. I wanted to add more variety to my workouts and strengthen my hip. Pilates really helped me reach my personal fitness goals. Jayne is very knowledgeable and a great instructor. If you don’t want to pay club fees and you are looking for personal Pilates sessions, this is for you! It’s definitely worth a try!

Jayne has the perfect space for pilates! She's very knowledgeable and patient. If there's a movement that's not working for me, there are always other options given to keep moving forward. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Highly recommend

Jayne is the absolute best instructor. After having children, I've been dealing with hip issues for almost a decade. Tried physical therapy, steroid shots, and numerous other treatments which didn’t seem to help. So thankful to learn about reformer pilates and come across Jayne! She has helped strengthen my core and posture. She is very patient and thorough to address your specific needs. I feel stronger now than ever before!

She always has a plan for the session that has been carefully crafted to my body. I can't recommend Jayne enough. Each session is thoughtfully structured and challenging. I always leave feeling stronger, more energized, and centered.
Jayne is also incredibly attentive, always offering modifications and corrections to ensure proper form and prevent injury. I feel genuinely cared for in every class. Give Jayne a try, she won’t disappoint.
