I unexpectedly ended up in St Clair Shores for 3 weeks; one of my first thoughts was I hope I could find a decent pilates class. I hit the absolute jackpot when I found SCS Pilates. Every single instructor was skilled, knowledgeable, motivating, and, perhaps most importantly, welcoming to a complete stranger. My husband was so intrigued by my level of excitement that he even tried the reformer -- and liked it! Thank you to Barb, Jaime, Francesca, and the other instructors. I miss your classes already!

I love the studio more than any other place I’ve ever sought out exercise. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The instructors are kind, patient, always positive and helpful; special shoutout to Jaime, Nora & Lisa! The studio is kept in very clean condition. It’s a Stott Pilates vibe and the instructors are always making sure you’re never doing anything to hurt or incorrectly overexert yourself. I highly recommend this studio.

Came for a date night just to try out Pilates and have been coming back every week since. We have loved having classes with Lisa and leave every class feeling amazing. So glad to have found this place and can’t recommend it enough!

Started coming here on a Groupon as something to do in the winter and now it’s safe to say I’m a Pilate fanatic for life! I can’t recommend SCS Pilates Connection enough! The instructors here are so talented & skilled.. no matter what class I’m in, I leave sore and ready for more :)

The studio and equipment are both clean and new. 20/10 Try Pilates!
