If you’re looking for a supportive and welcoming environment for working out or overall wellness, look no further! I started my Pilates journey back in January 2023, after experiencing chronic back pain, and looking for a more low impact workout to strengthen my body. Debra welcomed me to my first mat class, and I was sold after that. Pilates has been a relief for me - strengthening my body in ways I didn’t realize it could. After a few months, my chronic pain went away, and my weekly classes became self-care and a highlight of my week. I leave each class feeling lighter in my mood, relaxed, and stronger. 10/10 recommend.

If you are looking for great Pilates classes with personalized attention, you must go to Holland Pilates. The owner Mandy is an amazing teacher who does not offer cookie cutter workouts. Whenever I am traveling to the area, I always pop in for a class. I wish I lived closer!

Mandy has created a beautiful and relaxing space filled with connection which feeds my body and my spirit. I have been a client for several years after having chronic back pain for much of my life. My PT repeatedly recommended Pilates to strenthen my core. It took me a while to take his advice but I'm now a "lifer". Pilates is for EVERY BODY! I feel stronger, leaner and more balanced. I wish I could literally do pilates at PIH every single day! The teaching team that Mandy has cultivated and mentored is unparalleled in their patience, knowledge and ability to lift up every client, no matter their experience level. They truly have a gift for putting even the newest client at ease and the other clients are so warm and welcoming! I can't recommend PIH highly enough!! I love that I found pilates. The instructors are amazing. Mandy has a way of cueing movement and it's incredibly helpful. I heard people talking about how awesome Pilates is. I heard about Pilates in Holland through a friend at my granddaughters' school. I knew after the first day I attended one of the classes I was hooked for life. Pilates in Holland is a family of instructors who really care about you. Just one example and there are many is when I broke my back. I was out for a year. They did not give up on me. They checked up on me during that year. I also had sustained a concussion that left me with some challenges when I returned. The instructors worked with me at my own pace. They made me feel comfortable and supported me giving me confidence that I "can" do it! Thank you to all the instructors and the friendships. There is a class for everyone -- beginners, advanced, whatever. You can do it and Pilates in Holland is the place to start.😍

A little over a year ago I moved from the east side of Michigan where I did pilates for 7 years. I started taking classes at Pilates in Holland this past summer. Since then pilates has truly been re-defined for me in a most extraordinary way! I have taken classes from Mandy, Jayne and Debra. Their knowledge, integrity and creativity in teaching are far beyond anything I had experienced in the past. Pilates in Holland is a warm, inviting studio with dedicated instructors who watch carefully over their students. Mandy's leadership has created a wonderful community. There is a wide variety of group classes, using many different types of equipment (or just your own body), plus opportunities for private instruction. I am so thankful that I stumbled across Pilates in Holland after it was suggested to me to try Pilates to strengthen my body. I had a rough year and a half of back surgery and a Achilles repair and lost so much strength. In the past I’ve always done more high impact exercise so I was unsure if I’d like Pilates. I started with Private lessons with Terree who is also a nurse and it was honestly life changing. Now I’m taking a couple classes and absolutely love it!
The instructors are very aware of their clients and what modifications might be needed. The movements are so gentle and fluid on the reformer. And for those that like to sweat they have heart core and jump classes..on the reformer! Lots of different choices to meet everyone’s needs!
Mandy is an amazing owner who brought her passion of health in movement into full motion by opening Pilates in Holland 8 years ago. She is kind, supportive, energetic and so knowledgeable! All of the instructors continue their learning by attending certified training classes regularly and then they bring what they’ve learned to the classes they teach. They are all so knowledgeable about the body. I’ve learned so much!
I felt so welcomed and invested in from the first time I nervously walked in the door. Once you start at Pilates in Holland you’ll gain strength, positivity and a new family!

What a blessing Pilates in Holland is in my life! From my very first visit I felt welcomed and not judged. Mandy is an amazing instructor and can help me work with in the limits of my body, but always kindly pushing me just past my comfort level to reap the rewards she knows are ahead. I did not know what to expect when trying pilates for the first time, but I knew Mandy was the person to learn from. I was really impressed - Mandy is so knowledgeable about the muscular and skeletal system. I honestly wasn't expecting that, but it was very appreciated because I'm looking for some specific results. I believe with Mandy's help, pilates will help get me the results I want with my health and fitness.
