I’m currently traveling around the United States, and I stopped by here on my way to take a shower. But the water pressure was so low that something that normally takes about 15 minutes took almost 40 minutes. It seems like the water flow has been reduced too much to save water, but I actually think that finishing a shower quickly would save more water.

Gym rules, which are supposed to make a pleasant and safe experience for all members, ARE NOT ENFORCED! For example, allowing guests to sit on the only machine in the building for 25 minutes while carrying on a phone conversation is unacceptable! This is not a serious gym for a serious people.

Staff needs to get their act together and start being more polite and start working more. Let me begin by writing this: They don't reply back to you when you say bye to them once you are leaving the gym. Also, when they scan your card, they don't even say enjoy your workout. Also, staff members need to start working more instead of chatting behind the desk area. I see them while I work out and it is pathetic. Very unprofessional. Need to gather all staff members and have a major meeting followed by more training. This is not a playground to hang out and socialize behind the desk. If you don't like your job, then, leave. Lastly, this fitness area needs more cleaning, more paper towels (some are empty most of the time)and more soap in the bathrooms.

I went to this gym tonight I couldn't even finish my work out it was to chaotic it was basically a hangout spot , the staff is very rude they don't even speak when you walk in or leave out ,and planet fitness is suppose to be known for The "Judgment Free Zone" that provides a welcoming, non-intimidating environment the
atmosphere was just very off . What I experienced tonight was far different than what I expected from planet fitness it needs to be managed better . this has not been the first time of the environment being displeasing.

This location is the most convenient as far as proximity within my commute. I loved going here. It was clean, and the equipment was a high-quality. Within the last month, all of the equipment was replaced with a much lower grade, quality. I tried to give the new equipment a chance, and nearly canceled my membership until I found another location that had the older style higher quality. I just hope that all locations are not getting the new matrix equipment.

Hi, this isn't my first time living on the road. Along with living on the road comes the amenities I leave behind. Like a shower. I've used planet fitness across America with traveling. Today I went in after renewing my membership because I didn't need it for a couple months. I wanted to just take a quick shower. The people at the front desk were very judgy and rude. Never have I experienced this at any location. Felt like I wasn't welcomed. As I entered the bathroom not long after one of the workers followed me into the bathroom and was there walking around the entire time I was in there. Was a little weirded out none the less. If you could kindly watch who you have as your welcomers or even workers id appreciate it. I won't be coming back to this location I'd rather drive to a further one.

Gym is kept clean and staff members are friendly. I love the things you get with black card. However, earlier this week they switched the equipment (I’m assuming all locations did). Just a warning that if you’re a smaller person or more of a casual gym-goer the new equipment may not be for you! It’s not as 5’2 and under friendly as it was before. It’s hard for me to use some of the machines now because they’re too big for me. The handle bars are also now too large for my hands now and are a rough plastic instead of the soft rubber. I assume the rough plastic helps if you’re sweaty and need a good grip, but for me it just causes calluses on my hand.

Big issue with the summer freebies. Disrespectful. While I love working out at this Planet Fitness, cannot tolerate freebies eating full blown meal at the machines. When they are told they cannot do it, and then want to argue about it. Hogging weights. Seem to not realize others would like to use dumbbells and stack as many as 6 around their w/o. While others have to wait. The endless phone calls, pictures, texting…..FLEXING. 90% are simply too immature and make it a bad experience for the actual paying customer. The freebie eating at machine? He should have been thrown out of gym only to return if his parents came to gym and addressed his disrespectful behavior. Nope, he was right back at it and likely to do something else stupid soon. Staff is great but there needs to be more accountability. Have a wonderful day!

As a trucker, I visit planet fitness in 35 states. (Black card member for 6 years) As soon as I walked in the door of this establishment, I was harassed by the employee about parking a semi 300 yards away in a deserted area of the parking lot. When I explained to the employee that his job was to provide a clean healthy environment for his customers, not police the parking lot, he immediately called the manager, and I was confronted further. The bathrooms and locker room were dirty, with trash on the floor. I bought food, clothes, and tools from other establishments in the mall. They all stated that the only people who had a problem with trucks were the planet fitness people. I thought that it was very strange that planet fitness would harass its own customers who pay for their services.

I feel planet fitness does not think of their paying patrons, when they let 14 through 19--year-olds come for free during the summer. I’m all for getting young people into exercise and healthy lifestyles. However, There should be a blocked out time when they are blacked out from coming (4-7pm). I have only had a first impression, but I can say the friendliness of the staff was awesome. It was also clean and the machines all seemed to be working when I went in to get my membership. They offer a stand up red light bed- which I hope works well. When I get facials at spas/dermatology, they often include red or blue light therapy. It’s great I have the opportunity to take advantage of this add on special.

The guy with a beard and saggy shorts in the evening is creepy. Staring at girls and following them around. I've heard several women talking about it. This location kicked out 2 guys i know for really no reason. Those guys where really friendly guy and not even triggering the lunk alarm or so. Seems like if they don’t like your face your out. But for some reason they don’t enforce the dress code and kick out the girls with sports bras or so.

It was my home gym for a few months, then I worked there for a few months as well. I left because I moved out of the area, but really enjoyed my time there.

The GM of this club knows his job inside and out and knows how to bring a positive and supportive atmosphere to everyone he works with. He genuinely cares about the people in his club, and the team really enjoys working for him!

The managers did an amazing job trying to train and welcome the staff, and I always felt supported when I came in for my shift.

The trainer has a lot of experience with a variety of fitness levels and age groups. I didn’t get to take one of his classes, but I saw a lot of our regulars repeat some of the programs because they found them really useful.

The rest of the staff were my buddies:)

I didn’t know anyone working there before I started, but I enjoyed my time at the club!
