I give this review a four star review. Everything is fine Accept Hammer Syrength Abdominal MTS Crunch. One of the three rollers behind the seat is broken. I do 130 pounds, And when I do it, it jumps and I’m afraid of getting hurt. The one South doesn’t jump so I go there. This machine has been broken for over a year and they have it fixed it yet.

I like this gym because it is very affordable, I don't like their arrogant mission statement , and their double standards on their dress code . A guy can't wear a String top , but a girl can wear a Sports Bra and Yoga Shorts . That show almost everything . And not a fan of their DEI program . But with the best price in town, and the overall gym , I continue to go because I love going to the Gym .

I just want to give some credit to the staff of planet fitness. They had an issue (assuming ice damn) with the buildings roof water drainage system which caused multiple water leak in parts of the gym. There was nothing that the employee could do to fix it other than call maintenance but they tried their absolute best to deal with the water. They put buckets under the leak and mopped up any water that might have missed the buckets. They also put a sign on the door to warn people of possible water by the front door. I also want to give Steven some credit. He was working alone on Saturday morning and I watched him mop up the water in the front entrance then quickly move back to the desk to check people in. That dude never stopped moving and worked his butt off the keep the gym safe, accessible and enjoyable for the people there. That dude is a machine and deserves a raise.

Previously I have adored my experience with Hollands first PF. I am becoming very disappointed with the care of the facility on 3rd shift. The bathroom, locker room, showers are never clean anymore. When Christian and Ashley were on nights it was always so clean and pleasant to come into. Now it’s dirty all the time and I’m typically greeted by someone who is just hanging out on their phone. Now I will say the other shifts and staff are still just as amazing and the new location I have found is always very clean and the staff is VERY kind and inviting. I’m hoping this review is helpful to get things back on track.
