Great gym overall, my only complaint really is I wish dumbbells went up to at least 75 lbs instead of 60 lbs. Eventually might decide to go to another location but for the most part it's a great place to workout.

Planet Fitness is hands down the best value gym around! The facility is kept meticulously clean, and I love being able to finish a workout and then reward myself with a tan, a massage chair, or even a red light therapy session.

My only small wish is that the water fountain had a filter to make the well water taste a bit better, but honestly, with everything else they offer, that’s a minor trade-off. Overall, a great place to stay consistent and feel good!

The clientele is often mixed with homeless people, which is fine but they take up a lot of space in the locker room with all of their gear.

My poor special-needs sister had an accident and I asked an employee if I could borrow a pair of shorts or a towel because I was the only one with her and I couldn’t leave her alone to go home and get something. the blonde girl with straight hair and droopy eyes like goes “we can’t give you anything from the lost and found because people come and get it until we donate them.” So sometimes you get rid of it anyways? Fair enough it’s other people‘s property.
I then asked if I could just have a towel to wrap around her waist and she goes “well you could buy a towel for nine dollars?” Screw your nine dollars, how absolutely cruel.

I was thinking about moving my home gym to the Milford location but meeting Heather who appears to be the manager has changed that. She is rude and does not know how to be a manager, she did not offer any solutions to my situation just a flat "you can't work out here". I've been to this location several times and always just had to sign in with my phone and then sign the log. The last time they did ask to get a picture for their file but their camera was not working and said they would get it next time. Today I went and did not bring my purse / ID since I was with my husband and I have never been asked for my ID since the phone log in was all that was ever required. Today since they do not have my picture on file she refused my entry. My husband then asked if I could just come in as his guest since that is part of his black card membership, she refused. We asked if I could pull up my full membership profile from my phone, again she refused. A good manager would have tried to find a middle ground ...like allowing me to work out this time but telling me I will need my ID and get a picture next time, but she 100% was not letting me enter. At no time did we raise our voices though we were very disappointed. You can tell by Heather's body language and facial expression she is not the type to want to be helpful so there was no point continuing to waste our time reasoning with her. It seemed to make her day to be able to say No over and over. As I read the reviews I see several complaints about her yet she maintains a manager role? Makes me think she is responsible for responding to reviews. So much for no Judgement and everyone welcome motto. No other locations have ever made me feel unwelcome. Maybe it's time to get Heather some customer service training.

Where are the workers??? I swear every time I come here, there is nobody to be found working. Anytime I want to use the Spa room, I have to wait 30 minutes or more just to get help. Sometimes I workout for 2 hours and I never see any employees the whole time.

Front desk staff very rude. I canceled my membership at Milford because of this problem and went to heartland where they are very professional. I was shopping at Kroger in Milford and thought I would just Tan here in Milford to make it easy. Minus the sweet red head girl at the front, the other darker haired girl was so rude and was bothered that she had to get off her phone to do more then check me in. This showed me that I made the right decision in leaving the Milford location BUT THE WROND DECISION on using this location out of convenience.

i started coming here while my home gym was being remodeled. I wish they would have consulted the Milford gym first. this place is great. 2-4 people working there at 3:30 in the morning place is always clean generally a friendly staff , the set up is great and they have a few machines my home gym does not. I know main stream media has been ignoring the story, but planet fitness has gone full woke and have begun to sanction men in women's locker rooms. They have even cancelled memberships of people that complained. So I and my family have cancelled. I hope this becomes their "Bud Light" moment. Manager Heather ignored my email to correct my cancelation. I upgraded during a one month free promotion but then l cancelled because I joined the Hartland location since it’s closer to me.

The manager sent me a cancel form saying I’ll be billed the month that was supposed to free, and I asked her about it and she said I won’t be billed because of the promo.

I asked for an updated cancel form with the correct dates and she ignored my request and then I got billed. I was billed for 2 locations in one month..

Although I appreciate Planet fitness providing a place for teens to go to to keep active and stay out of trouble, it’s rather irritating that it’s now a darn daycare. There should be a time span for them like 1pm to 7pm, which is plenty of time to workout. People who are paying to come to the gym shouldn’t have to wait for gym equipment and than heat teens complain because adults are using the equipment.

Gym is well kept. However, they’ve been closed for 6 days for a “power outage” and there is no communication to their members as to when they are going to reopen. Also, every business around them in the strip has power. Makes no sense. This is consistent with them when they lose power and it’s becoming highly frustrating.

Staff member Seth is rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful!! Trying to deal with anything over the phone is IMPOSSIBLE even though it is necessary on occasion. He couldn't/wouldn't give me any information or numbers to call to get assistance. I am a paying member of the club! Absolutely, unacceptable. There is no one you can actually talk to about issues when you have something unavoidable come up in life.... and don't tell me to contact management because she was there, but Seth said she was working and therefore wouldn't talk with me. Apparently talking with a customer isn't important. No offer to call back, or add a note to my account showing I'm trying to make contact. Ridiculous. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

I’ve actually stopped going to this gym even though it is only 5 miles from home. They have 2 very rude employees, the young boy and girl with blonde hair who always wear face masks. I’m not sure if it’s because my hair is pink or because I’m so skinny but they’ve singled me and my brother out a few times. Our original location was in Waterford because it was easier to pick my brother up and head that way but I really liked how empty the Milford location always is. Unfortunately it’s empty for a reason. I certainly didn’t like how every time I dealt with these employees they would talk louder in front of other guests making passive aggressive remarks such as: “oh, your home gym is Waterford. Makes sense.” As the little boy and girl chuckled to themselves behind the counter. I hear that Crunch fitness is actually cheaper and have better quality people for employees! So yeah. If you like treating people differently because they look different go to Milford planet fitness. If I could give them negative stars I surely would, it’s a white washed gym and never see people of color there…. No wonder why.

The planet fitness in Plymouth is brand spanking new. It's the best deal for $20 a month, I can work out unlimited. It's open 24/7 most days. I can also use the massage chairs lay down or stand up tanning booths and the infrared treatment booth. I'm also able to bring one guest every single time I come for free. Also with the black membership when I travel I'm able to use planet fitness at many other locations. I'm not getting paid this is a real review

The facility and staff are great! / 5 Stars - But the policy of Planet Fitness is unacceptable. I asked to freeze my membership (one month) due to an injury and my membership was cancelled. When I brought this staff mistake to the attention of the manager, I was told it would be reinstated But at a higher monthly rate! The staff made a mistake and now I have to pay more because the staff didn’t know how to freeze a membership. I talked to the manager within 3 days of the cancellation and was told that’s the POLICY of PLANET FITNESS !! I have to pay more each month due to a staff error canceling my membership. Feels like extortion to me! Extremely disappointed Black Card Member.

I tried to take advantage of their sale on memberships, and was told that they would not accept cash or credit cards or debit cards! They wanted your banking routing information only and will charge you regularly and you just have to trust that they will charge you the correct amount and they will cancel a membership when you deem you want to good you want to and I'm sure everyone out there will just assume that their it department is the most sophisticated on the planet.
I am not willing to risk them being hacked like so many and have my bank account drained. Stay away!

I've been coming here ever since it opened and used to love it. The other day I was working out with a friend, who is also a member here, and had her showing me a couple exercises on the cable machine. I had an employee come up to use "assuming" she was an "outside trainer" because someone supposedly told her that. She told me we both had to be working out... I'm not sure why planet or people are like this, but its ridiculous. We left immediately and will definitely be going elsewhere.

This planet fitness is very inconsistent with allowing black card membership‘s to bring in their guest.
All summer long you allow 16-year-olds to come in for free yet you have a problem with a person who is going to be 18 years old in two weeks to work out there with a Black card membership person.. we’ve been great paying customers since this facility opened yet we get treated so poorly.
