I really liked the gym, spacious, spacious restrooms, luxury look I can say, nice design, I love the mirrors and nice flower decor, sophisticated look...(The lighting is a plus for me, warm friendly to the eyes).The hydromassage beds, nice and private (Has separate area) for each individual (Closed out to yourself) including massage chair room, nice and private too, but separate, I like that,..for black card members; nice and quiet in massage areas, very nice/The lighting is perfect and warm for hard day work out, not too bright for eyes. The Total body has handles you hold on to upright for a great tone workout experience and they still have the 30-minute workout area, which I like.

I was just denied access to the gym by an employee name IAN because I had questions about unpaid charges, that said paid on my end. He told me to just take care of it with billing and he will let me in this time. He was so rude. When I asked for print outs and I didn’t see those charges he was referring to. When I questioned him about it, he got an attitude.. then when i walked away to work out he said “I changed my mind you can’t work out” When I expressed frustration and told him he was being a jerk, he responded by calling me a racial slur. I asked who is the manager and IAN refused to provide the me the info… I called cooperate…

I have been to many planet fitness locations all over and this is by far my favorite location. Jacquelynn one of the managers always has a good attitude ,she is extremely polite and welcoming to all my members. She goes above and beyond and is a top tier human being along with one of her employees James. He is also a top tier human being who always has an excellent attitude. This is my first gym membership and might I add They did not disappoint. Signing up was so simple and only paid a dollar. The equipment is so state of art. Every area was super clean. The whole system to keeping the gym clean is brilliant and all members cleaned as they were expected. The staff were nice and really helpful. So glad I chose to go to this gym and they even sent me a gift on nift. Cannot wait to go back tomorrow and get with the personal trainer.

Tanning beds are cracked and not cleaned. I went to go tanning and the bed was covered in the last person's gross lotion that I guess I'm supposed to clean. Gross!! When I told the employees about it they looked as if they didn't really care and definitely were not in a hurry to go clean it.

I don’t know who the long haired, split ends longer than his ego, power hungry, little man is at the front… but he is rude and very passive aggressive. It was my first time there and they asked for an ID, okay whatever. But then the employee goes out of his way to search my name up without even having my ID, to find anything on my account.. I asked why he did that without an ID if I can’t even work out without it.. and no explanation. I asked for the manager and he gave me a dirty look simply for saying “can I speak to your manager” as if I was wrong for seeking clarity. The manager was polite enough and explained the policy in more detail which is all I was looking for. Needless to say, I won’t be back to this sorry place of a location.

I was thoroughly impressed with this Planet Fitness. My experience was so relaxing in the spa area. My friend and I enjoyed the day tanning and enjoying a me day with the wonderful Hydro Massages twice and the air bag Massage chairs. I felt like a million dollars when I left. The employees and management were very friendly. My son enjoyed working out very much which I will try next time. Very happy to have become a black card member as did my son and my friend. A special thanks to Jacquelyn the manager for being such a great help.

I purchased my membership on 12/29/23 and two days later, my husbands FIRST time at Mt Clemens Planet Fitness his wallet gets STOLEN 12/31/23. He has had multiple gym memberships with other gyms for many many years and never had an issue. We’ve been going to MAC gym in the same plaza for a year and never had an issue! I absolutely love this location. I technically live closer to the Gratiot location (5 mins vs 20 mins), but I regularly drive out of my way because this location is better. This PF is clean, friendly, and never out of amenities or lacking in any way. It tends to be quieter and less packed as well, so leaving this review is hard because I like it that way! LOL Jacqueline and Marina both make me feel so welcomed and were super kind when I had questions. They very obviously enjoy working for PF and didn't make me feel rushed to get on with their work. They made me feel like I am the priority as the member, which is harder and harder to find in the service industry. There is also a man who works the desk regularly that is always smiling and welcoming when I get here and I wish I had remembered his name. Sometimes feel anxious about going to the gym (I easily get overwhelmed by the lights and noises) and his smile just melts that anxiety when I come through the door. I will continue to make excuses to go out of my way to attend this PF when I can. Thanks everyone!

Planet fitness is offer a special now. $10 now and $10 a month. Ok that's great, but what there not telling you is every month of May there gonna charge the account you used to sign up $39.99 as an annual fee every year. Every year they offer this special right before May. Cause when most popular people get charged that Annual fee. They get mad a stop there membership. Leaving more room for more people. I love the planet, great atmosphere, they have everything you need with standard card. The black card is a little more money but gives you all the extras like the Hydro Bed, the massaging chairs, tanning, and the Wellness Center which is a stand-up vibrating machine that gives you a full stand up body massage. But most importantly it's the staff, my Mt Clemens location it has the greatest people especially the manager Merina what a sweetheart very helpful just a great all-around staff couldn't be happier.

I love Planet Fitness! It’s like a giant playground for adults, possibly kids, too? I don’t see kids in there. This is the cleanest gym to which I’ve ever belonged. I was happy to keep paying my dues during the pandemic-they didn’t need to ask. I wanted this place to still be there when the dust settled. They’ve improved it during that time, installing beautiful zero gravity massage chairs which are heavenly pods after a workout. Black card is the only way to go. This is also the most affordable gym membership I’ve ever had and that’s as black card member. There’s an infrared stand up light with vibrating plate that’s wonderful as well as a few different types of massage and unlimited tanning! Do you know how much I paid for tanning in the 90’s?! The people are great here, the staff and the members. I’m sooooo happy to be back! I feel like a billion bucks when I leave. Remember the “I am rich” commercial? Yeah, this gym is truly a luxury.

This is the main location I go to and I love it there. They have a large area, the machines I like to use, and everything I've seen seems to look sanitary. The only thing is that when I called to ask when they close, they said "24 hours", and then my boyfriend and I show up at a later time and they're closed when we get there.

Plenty of room for social distancing and very quiet during the daytime for those like myself who can take advantage of a weekday off from work.
