Definitely wouldn’t recommend missing a lot of mechanics other pf have the new ones are worse then the old mechanics they took out to replace. the stair climber are all old and beat the heck up and if this isn’t your home location they will track that and won’t let you in after the 10th visit even if there one-3 days left of the month like come on we play for black card to go to all locations like advertisement says they should change the advertisement that says you. Can go and use all worldwide location, but only 10 times a month they never told me that when got membership or would of got a different membership and I’ve only been told at this location no other locations have done that to me I’ve been to lots out of state and in state more then ten times a month and didn’t need to change home location lol I understand why they charge 5$ after 10 visits but definitely should notify the memeber who’s signing up about that bc I got black bc I was told go to any location as much as you want lol false advertising

Ok…so first off let me say that my first workout at the gym went well. Plenty of equipment. The type of environment you’d expect at a planet fitness. But the reason why I gave it a two star review is this…after my workout I went to take a shower and the shower area smelled so bad. It was really foul as if it had never been cleaned. I had to go to work right after so I soldiered through the smell. As I took my shower I noticed how grime the shower curtains were and that did it for me. Not only did the shower area smell terrible but the proof was right there on the shower curtains. Brown grime from never being cleaned. If you’re not cleaning the shower curtains then you’re definitely not cleaning the showers. It was disgusting. Please do something about that

The bathroom area, mainly the shower and changing rooms I've noticed have been getting dirtier. Seems like a vacuum and a mop would help. A lot of people use the showers, but it doesn't seem like regular cleaning is happening. Other than that it's a great place to workout equipment is nice. Hire a cleaning crew...

I just got laughed at for explaining the personal circumstances I need to cancel my membership, then told "my hands are tied" by a gym that promotes NO hassle, cancel any time. It will be a very inconvenient hassle to get in and cancel before I am billed, and I don't consider MAKING the time to do so at the cost of not sleeping hassle free OR any time, by any stretch of the imagination. I gave 1 star because there is no zero option. First time at that location as it was close to work and brought a guest. The guest was not welcomed by staff and the staff was rude to the guest. When I approached the front desk staff calmly to see what the issue was, the employee had an attitude with me with her facial expression and hand and body gesture and the way she talked to us. When I addressed her behavior/attitude to the club manager, guess what, no apologies and manager stood up to her bad behavior without taking my complaints and concern seriously. Instead of trying to address the issue and satisfy the customer, the conversation got heated as the manager kept defending the employee over and over. The manager is just as worse. Horrible customer/guest service, not welcoming to the club, front desk employee with BIG attitude, manager need more training dealing and handling customers complaints properly. I could mention names as I have them, but I think you get the point. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

This is a very large and open space spacious planet fitness location. I visited on a snowy day and it was fairly busy but there were plenty of equipment available to use because of the large size of this location. It's a good place to work out and offers very reasonable monthly pricing. I've been a black card member for many years now.

I recently had an awful experience at Planet Fitness, largely due to the behavior of an assistant manager named Dakoda. From the moment I walked up to the front desk, Dakoda was incredibly rude. I asked a simple question about my membership, and instead of offering any helpful information, he barely acknowledged me and responded with a dismissive tone. It’s shocking that someone in a managerial position could be so unprofessional and inconsiderate to customers.

To make matters worse, Dakoda was openly vaping while working the front desk. Not only is this unprofessional, but it also sends the wrong message in a gym environment, where members are focused on health and wellness. It was uncomfortable and off-putting to see someone in a leadership role behaving this way, especially when the gym should be a place where everyone feels encouraged to pursue a healthy lifestyle.

There are a couple Planet Fitness’s that are about the same distance from my work - but after today, I will be choosing to this one.

I cancelled my membership in June and physically came and signed to cancel and since then they have still been charging me every single month for a total charge of of $100 and when I called back they said that they cannot transfer me to their manager and that I will have to wait a day or two until they call back. Recently went to this gym and immediately caught Covid. I was sick for almost 2 weeks and finally got back to myself. I went again and you’ll never guess… SICK AGAIN. Caught COVID for a second time after going to this gym. That lets you know how much they care about cleaning. Employees were literally HIDING in the locker rooms just to NOT do their jobs. (There were 4 people on shift and not a single one did their job). AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!! Go to any other location but close this one down. It’s not worth catching Covid or being ignored by employees. Management will just reply to my review and NOT DO A SINGLE THING TO IMPROVE!! This is a really nice location, however, please update your misleading hours on google. I just got here at midnight after it said youre open until midnight on sunday and 24h on monday, but this location was closed. It's a good planet fitness gym, but I noticed it's half to a third the size of the one in Milford. So if there's ever a rush and you need to use the cable machine, they only have two setups, so you better hope you get in there first or you could be waiting for a while :/

This is my home gym and am very happy with the staff and management. Cherron has made great strides in keeping the place clean and machines in good working order. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I had the pleasure of woirking with their new personal trainer, Greg. He's amazing! He spoke to me at my level and listened to my concerns. I'm 47, newish to working out and not comfortable with my balance. He showed me ways to do squats and lunges with support. I've been using what he taught me and hobbling out of the gym because the exercises work. He's very knowledgable and shows concern. I can't wait to try some of his open classes. I'm concerned about the club's Black Card guest sign-in policy that exposes people's identities and email addresses to other guests who sign in after them. PF's privacy policy does not cover their exposing member identities to other members.

If you are visiting this location, be careful about where you leave your personal information. The sign-in policy is redundant, unnecessary, and possibly dangerous for vulnerable members. I feel sorry for the kids employed there who have to enforce it.

I brought the issue to corporate and, of course, they don't care because they're getting your money just the same.

This place is trashed all the time. Employees behind the counter on their phones doing nothing while trash is overflowing and bathrooms are disgusting and out of toilet paper. Shower curtains haven’t been cleaned or replaced at least in 6 months. Same disgusting grime on them every time I go in there. Tanning booth has butt prints all over it and it was there more than one day in a row. Manager said she was working to fix things but it seems that was a bust. The employees can’t even seem to get the hydro beds working. Tried 3 times and it still didn’t work and eventually just had to leave. On another occasion I wasn’t even acknowledged after waiting 8 minutes to use a hydro bed. I had to leave as I was on a time crunch, who knows if I ever would’ve been helped. On another occasion waited 10 minutes and all employees were nowhere to be found, called the number and nobody answered, definitely weren’t off cleaning. I would just go elsewhere IMO, I’m going to be switching locations.

I went to the place to know it better, and attendant refused to talk to me just because I was not understanding what she was talking about.
I didn’t see any signs that is only for people who speak fluently English.
