Been going there for over a year and a half and have never had a problem, then all of a sudden, this week, one of the male trainers has taken upon himself to scare me half to death to then harass me over my sweatshirt "being on the floor". The first time, it was at my feet while I was stretching (Not a tripping hazard for anyone since I was tucked away in a corner against the wall).

The second time, it was on the elliptical. This dude pops up and out of nowhere and then gets offended when you tell him off for damn near making you fall off the elliptical (There's no reason for you to blindside me when you could have easily approached me from the front, giving me ample time to realize there's a conversation to be had!). What's up with these scare tactics? Can it kill you to approach me from where I can see you instead of **Surprise!** to then harass me about my sweater which is not in the way, won't damage the equipment, etc.

Oh, and he's the only one whose suddenly up everyone's ass about this despite being at this facility for as long as I've been going. But he managed to wrap up a new guy into also harassing you about it today. Again, sweater was at my damn feet while stretching, it was in no one's way and no, I'm not going to wrap it around my waist when I need to have as flat of a spine on the floor to properly stretch, goodness.

Oh, and on the days this trainer is not there, no one bothers you. But when he's there, oh he's the sweater police alright SMH

I understand if someone was leaving their things in the middle of a pathway or where there are actual pulleys but it's cold inside the gym, I need time to warm up, and my sweater wasn't in the way not a threat to the equipment.

For such a **Judgement Free Zone** y'all sure are suddenly up everyone's ass for no reason other than you suddenly woke up and decided it was a problem.

I cannot wait until a Crunch or YouFit shows up. Y'all need some competition to come to your senses, let me tell you.

I go to a newer planet fitness, which this is. I love the machines that they have.And the time I go, which is around two or two thirty p m. However, it does seem like that.All of the rules are just suggestions, as I have never seen anyone enforce those

I've been to many Many PF's and this one is thee only one with loud music.
I have to turn my headphones up louder to drown out the music.... Now my music is Loud...
I wouldn't care if this wasn't my home gym...

Other than that...Professional/Friendly staff.

The cleanest PF in the area and better than Midland. Very large gym with enough of all of my favorite weight machines that there's no wait. Very large area for stretching out as well. Men's locker room is super well maintained and very clean. Staff get a shout-out for caring!

This place is scamming people into paying fictitious bills that they don't owe. I've spoken to do many people that is going through what I'm going through. Supposedly owing on 3 different accounts and can't exercise unless those are paid. Why would I have 2 other accounts that were allowed to be opened beyond the first one being owed. Something is fishy and so many people are experiencing the same thing. Big thumbs down. Only requiring birthdays and emails isn't going to stop FRAUD, especially when an account number is assigned when you sign up, that should have to be used on the app to sign in to help try to prevent fraud

Stopped in for a free day pass to try it out. Lacks free weights and is marketed toward a different crowd. That's not why I'm giving the one star though. I noticed the wording of different signs around the place, while not inherently bad, appeared to be on the woke-side with things like "judgment free zone." Sure, it's not a bad thing to say, but in the current cultural climate it wouldn't be a stretch for most people to assume it is some type of woke signaling. Well. Just about a week after I tried my first day pass, and I was still considering a membership because it's inexpensive and I really just need to get back to a routine, news broke out that Planet Fitness is now allowing men posing as woman into the women's locker rooms, and that they stood by such a case and banned a real woman who spoke up from the premise when she complained of a man with all his assets posing as a woman in the women's locker room. Sick world. Go woke go broke.

The customer service was very hurtful towards me. The woman at the desk with yellow hair discriminated against me because I am Jewish. I told her I will have to pay on my account on Friday when I get paid and she said to me “I feel like you understand this situation but don’t Jews have money?”. I was dumbfounded that she even said that to me. I thought this was a hate free zone.

Planet fitness has the same equiments in all units. They have LOTS of cardio equipment and a good selection of resistance equipment. They don't have a whole lot of free weights and bars. So it's a great place if you're in the beginning of your fitness journey, but you will likely want to move on after a while.

Great gym, this gym was built inside a old store so it is a large building with lots of machines. Electronic Rep counting machines; This location has lots of new equipment throughout the large area, all in good working order without imbalances or mechanical issues. This location also has tanning; laying and standing hybrid tanning machines, sitting/reclining massage chairs, and also a laying hydroponics hydromassage-bed, and finally the new wellness pod. This location has tanning supplies for a good deal and other energy drinks.

Don't see somebody there twice because they will tell you that you are following them. Like check your cameras and don't make somebody feel judged, seeing it is supposed to be a judgement free place. The gym membership agreement for minors at the Saginaw Tittabawassee location keeps saving incorrectly. We as parents have gone in 3 separate times to complete this form on their kiosk. My daughter went to workout today & was denied access a 4th time, because it has to be done again. The manager, Shayla, wouldn’t email it to us or arrange any other way to get this done. We’ve had the membership less than 3 months to give perspective. How many times does it take? Beware parents of minors.

Extremely well managed gym. Two things you can always count on: A friendly greeting from staff and finding an open treadmill (there are so many)! This brand-new facility is extremely well kept- there are team members displaying great care for cleanliness at all times. A great selection of machines is accompanied by numerous tanners and various ways to relax with a massage.

Not a very good gym at all. Horrible staff, they’ve tried to randomly gouge me for money a few times. They charged me $40 three times in a row and I had to go through hell to get my money back. Very shady gym with very shady practices. I highly recommend the YMCA in bay city or Saginaw, they are much better, less judgemental, have way more things to do and they will never steal money from your bank account the way planet fitness will.
