I work out at this gym. The facility is very large and roomy. There are duplicate machines so there is very short wait time if the machines are in use. There are free weights with pulley machines and stand alone benches for the more serious lifters and two rows of single use machines called isolation machines for a total body workout. Numerous treadmills and stair climbers as well as elliptical machines, stationary bikes. Too many to list.
There are seperate spacious locker rooms, one for the men and one for the ladies. Showers are available. The locker room for the men is very neat and well kept.
The staff is always friendly and welcoming. This location has tanning beds for those who are VIP members which cost extra. I highly recommend this gym to anyone from the serious gym rat to the beginners. Have to start somewhere.

Showers can be a little yuck (if you’re showering, bring a cleaner in for the linen curtain 😜) - but overall, there has been nothing but respect from the others attending & the staff is really cool & relatable. Never had a problem finding a machine I needed! For the short-staffing happening everywhere these days, the gym does a great job doing what it can do!

This is an awesome gym. I love the staff. They are extremely friendly. The tanning is top notch, and this is one of the less busy gyms in the area so its very clean. I've been goin here for about a year now. I train religiously. The only reason im giving 4 stars out of 5 is because I really wish they had more "free weights" available. I've got most of those machines maxed out 3 sets (8-10 reps). I know its a starter gym and I probably need to move up. But tbh its the staff and the tanning that keeps me locked in here. Its been nothing but a good experience. Id hate to lose the relationship ive made here. Hell I think even a 4 is to low. I'd give this gym a 4.5. Its not there fault ive outgrown the machines. Get those free weights guys please! You'd be perfect

The best PF over ever visited: Mya at the Front desk is a god sent and they are the cleanest up to date location. Check out the HYDRO MASSAGE bed before you leave.

I have been with planet fitness for many years. I have seen them go through lots of changes. Then I first started they only had one club in my area and it was out of my way and inconvenient. I wish they would go back to being open 24/7, I like to workout at 3 am before work and before the club gets busy on the weekends.
I made this location my home club and this is the best club I have been to sense I started my membership. It is usually vary clean and stocked. There was some instances during staff changes were they fell behind but caught back up immediately. I have read several comments, most complaints could have been resolved by reading the terms of their membership or just being aduts about things. Remember in everything you do, you get out of it what you put in. The club is what you make it. Its not the staffs job to clean up after grown adults. If you can't wipe you sweat of the equipment and put things away after you are done, pay $60 a month and go workout at la fitness. Plant fitness has always been a good value for me and a great place to workout at the start of my day.

What happened with me i dont wish it to happen to anyone.. im working out by my self and i was on the phone and someone complained why i dont talk in english !!! Manger came to me saying u cant be on the phone while workout ! While taking a shower the alarm went off... thinking it was emergency. But I could tell people were going in and out the bathroom like it wasn't serious. The alarm went off for 20 minutes, mind you this alarm is so loud, you could get deaf. I had to plug my ears while in the shower. I probably have some deafness. There's no need for an alarm to be that loud, absolutely ridiculous. They should've resolved it sooner if it was a false alarm.

Customer service suck. They lied and told me i had to come in to cancel my membership. Then show up and was told i could have did it over the phone. This was frustrating since i stated my membership while on a trip and it forced my home location to Texas. Then after trying to cancel i was told could only be done in person. So i had to wait to have my home of changed to MI. So i could come in person to cancel and whole time could have been a phone call

I've been going as a guest with a black member. I love this place! I really enjoy the music selection because it's so variable and it's upbeat. The only thing I don't like is, that each place doesn't have the same machines. If I didn't have a black membership I wouldn't know what I was missing. There are so many treadmills in so many ellipticals that are exactly the same. Different types of ellipticals would be great!

Very clean roomy and plenty of equipment. Over all nice location. My only comment is the music is way, way too loud. It even over powers my noise cancelation. I’m sensitive to loud noise. Looking around almost everyone uses headphones not sure why they have to have it so loud. Not a huge deal though but kinda annoying. Out of all the locations I’ve been to it’s usually at a modest volume. It know it’s a silly thing I guess. But if you want to listen to your own music or podcasts it’s difficult.

I waited way too long to do this, but wanted to give a HUGE shoutout to the morning staff at Taylor PF! They truly make my early morning workout a joy, and without them I’d just stay in bed! If I get there early enough, I get to see Ruth and Vrisa before they leave and they always greet my husband and I with the biggest smile at 5:45am! Most of the time I get there right as Natalia and Dylan are starting their shift…They are two of the hardest working people I know, and make that gym sparkle! As someone who’s worked out at multiple gyms in the past, I’ve never seen a gym so clean with the best/most friendly staff! I truly hope they know how appreciated they are! My gym experience wouldn’t be the same without them! And I thank all 4 of them for making me want to get up and workout! They’re the real MVP’s!!!!

Extremely rude staff. Was barely on my second visit when I cancelled my membership. I told the person who signed me up I couldn’t download the app to use the barcode login because I was having issues with my Apple login. He seemed to be bothered with manually checking in and advised me to login by next visit. I come in now less than 72 hours laster still having login issues beyond my control and the woman at the front desk also had an attitude and said I could use my keychain instead. If she was listening instead of talking she would have heard me say I didn’t have a keychain because one was never issued to me. Not sure who management is, because the customer service is terrible. You would rather lose a member over something simple as a manual check in when I have other ways to verify who I am.
