Me and a buddy of mine started a member ship October 20th. We were informed by another person in the gym that one of the two massage chairs have been broken for MONTHS… fast forward a month later and it is (fixed)! NOT!! The first day it was back on it was making some funny noises and not really working how it should now it is almost completely broken! If you’re going to say and CHARGE for amenities at least make sure they work!! The workers and staff are awesome though!

Constantly harassed by management even tho I had an account I was approached twice during my workout asking me for account info even tho I already checked in this is the second time I was harassed over the same issue the equipment is not I found sweat and paper towles on the bench press a there was no toilet paper in the men’s bathroom I feel like I was racially profiled Beacuse this is the second time this has happened to me at this location I will never go back after the racial profile it has hurt my confidence Beacuse of my height where they constantly ask me my age my feelings are hurt will never be back I do not recommend this location

It is very clean and a lot of equipment. It's not as crowded as my home club in Big Rapids. However, I prefer the Big Rapids location more because the staff is much friendlier there than the staff members in this Taylor location.

I hadn't been here since covid because of getting very ill with covid and I decided to come back. I have paid my monthly black card fee every month. These 5 years plus on top of that the $40 yearly fee these 5 years and I went in today to start going back and they told me that I owed $170 again. I haven't been in 5 years but I have paid all of the monthly fees but they said there were a few months that weren't taken out. I've now canceled my membership because this is just crazy to me. What a horrible place.

I came on as a guest from another location where I am a member and I was enjoying the facilities and having a good workout. I was considering switching my home gym here and was approached at the end of my workout by a gentlemen with a black cap(hat) and white shirt. He interrupted my workout and said very aggressively "Hey man they need you at the front desk and grab your stuff!", I then asked "why what's going on did I do something wrong?". He responds with "I don't know just grab your stuff and go to the front desk now!" I said okay?? I went to the front desk and there was just a misunderstanding with my pass for the day. Turns out the guy was a member here but for some reason acted like he owns the place and was very aggressive when speaking to me. Made me feel very unwelcome....

25 nov 2024 every time I have an issue I'm going to take away a star.latest issue at the telegraph location in Michigan. I was asked sign in because I am from a different location why is this a thing asking my email address and what brings me to the area. I only find this place convenient because of the workout equipment and showers. Especially the showers. There are lots of cons. Nice and clean. Quiet and the staff very friendly. Showers were great

Generally the place is clean. My boyfriend has noticed a handful of bugs crawling in the men's locker room floor the last week or so. Hopefully this can be addressed.

Been a member for years. They redid this place a while back. Machines are so close you can touch the peraon next to you also it seemed kinda dingy.. The staff at counter seemed to have real attitude when talking to them. One was a manager. I know its the same owners who own alot of them. Wish the atmosphere and the feeling would want me to come back. Between very low waterpressure and 5 dollar shower heads a shower alone takes 20 min. Good thing this isnt my home club. Will definitely not be going back to here.

I arrived to work out today, Sun., 6/23 at 5:30 pm and the club has a sign posted stating it is closed due to a power outage. However, I can see all the TVs are on along with the lights. If you close due to a power outage, you are expected to open back up once the power comes back on. Where is the General Manager?

Woke up at 5 AM went in there as my dad's guest to check the place out had the guest pass set up when i got there and tried logging into it said my password was wrong so the girl there told me she couldn't let me in without a license which I didn't bring with me. Very clean gym with everything you need. Plenty of machines, tanning, massage chairs, hydro beds. There are lots of tvs to watch while on stationary machines. 30 min circuit, stretching room. Staff is always pleasant, and it doesn't smell like a stinky gym.

It is a clean gym. The people at front desk are helpful. I had to ask 2x help to use the Total Body Enhancement machine and the massage machine because I didn’t know how to use it and the guy at the front desk was helpful and patient. The facility is clean and well taken care of. It is a smaller gym. But I like it.

I don’t know where to begin.. I do not even consider this a gym. It’s a health club.. The employees are amazing. I go here almost everyday since 12/26/22. The smile and warm welcome by Hailey makes my day. Hailey is a great asset to Planet Fitness and represents the brand well. Kristy the manager is awesome. Eric the trainer is not just friendly when he’s on the clock but he’s genuine, passionate and friendly when he’s on his personal time as well. This is to only name a few. There’s, Josh, Hunter, Dale and a few more that makes it worth coming to this location. I’ve been to other PF but there’s no place like home. They all celebrate your accomplishments and noticed your hard work. To me they are not employees but friends. I’ve met so many people at this health club the environment is clean. It’s a whole positive VIBE.. The customer service is top notch at this location.. I love this gym..

I really hate to do this cuz I enjoy going to this gym but it’s hard to keep going when their water fountains are warm water and their showers are cold. We are getting into the winter months and it’s not enjoyable to be shivering when trying to shower even after letting the shower go for 10 minutes before entering it. I tried mentioning to the staff but you can tell they don’t paid enough to care. I work near this gym and live 30 minutes away so driving in sweat isn’t an option. Plus you can’t sweat using the treadmill or elliptical because they have the fans going so fast. Asked the staff about it and they say they have to have it that fast cuz the far sides of the gym then get to hot… isn’t the point of a gym is to sweat?? Not pleased since the remodel.. might have to switch to the Ecorse location.

My fiancé had her engagement ring stolen here. Either by staff or customers. She went tanning and the staff, Brooklyn and Alyssa, were working and were “supposed” to clean tanning beds after every use. Must not have happened because they would have spotted the ring and placed it in the secure lost and found. So either staff stole the item or were careless with cleaning procedures that planet fitness is supposed to ensure, and a customer did. Careless and clueless “manager”

The planet fitness in Taylor Michigan Goddard and Telegraph was completely renovated and they changed it all around. And to anyone who is a black card member paying the 20 bucks a month they put in a small black card lounge now. And I believe the tanning beds and things are somewhere there. But I did like the structure and the customer service counter is completely different no more plexiglass and it looks nice the color black and some purple and some yellow or whatever gives the inside the building some structure and some beauty. The machines strength machines to treadmill the bikes they're all still the same they didn't get the latest stuff I was told from the employees that that's going to happen next year

Had the worst experience at the Taylor PF.. The two guys that were working on the midnight shift are extremely rude and unprofessional!! Made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.. And its not the first time. This is the only planet fitness close to me i live right down the rd.. So i guess I will be canceling my membership and going to another gym!

Best place to catch a tan, work out, shower, or lax. The staff is always on their a-game and supportive but not pushy. This goes from workout recommendations to tanning supplies. This specific location is always being cleaned- I go varying multiple times a week to a few and they e always been busy cleaning machines, changing garbage, replacing items, mopping, etc. Other than the fantastic vibe, the general set up is comfortable and not intimidating. The machines have great space between each one, and the sections are clear to make out vs machines just smooshed in together as much as possible. The bathrooms are always stocked and clean. The showers are comfortable and also regularly taken care of. All in all, this is the best place to go.

I know it's not the gyms fault but alot of new comers like to leave free weights wherever, , leave the cable attachments laying all over the place

I went to plantet fitness today. Planning on getting the black membership. My friend that drove me there only has the 10 a month membership, so no guest. I didn't realize that you only do bank account to join. I didnt have that information. They told me sorry then you can pay 20 for one day pass. They told me I could go home and down load the app on to my phone and join that way. That was my first time stepping into a plant fitness. Was not given a tour of the building. Was not asked do you have any questions. Which I do. Regarding guess can you bring the same guest multiple times.
If i do join will anyone show me how to use the equipment. Please tell me way I should join your gym.
