I took a class there today. Very knowledgeable and most important the teachers were very helpful. I am a first time gun owner/handler. Tom and his wife are great teachers. I am a female so I was very impressed with her knowledge pertaining to laws, safety, carrying, and techniques. Thank you Point Blank for providing classes and awesome people to teach them as well. Much appreciated!

I went to site in my shotgun. I usually get a little nervous going to indoor ranges, this was very well run. The woman at the front walked me through their safety precautions and rules. The range safety officer was very friendly and give me a tutorial once inside the range. The facility is clean with lots of room. I would definitely go back.

Attended CPL class with brother, sis-in-law and granddaughter. All passed. Staff and instructors were knowledgeable, friendly, and made the path to licensing seamless. Wish they had more hours of operation and access to bulk ammo but understandable during these unique conditions were facing

I recently attended the firing range to get some practice in. I was slightly weary because I was bringing my daughters. The staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Larry was able to assist me with any questions at the range and was very professional.

They are very Friendly, and I always have lots of fun when I come here rather it's a quick workout or im sharpening my shooting skills. Come rent or buy a gun of your choice you will definitely be satisfied with your visit

I wish they had a better schedule. I get out of work at 6pm every day and can never make it over there on the weekdays. So Saturday is my only option, and I'm usually always busy on Saturdays. And they are closed on Sunday - the one usiversal day in America that everyone doesn't usually already have plans and is looking for something to do.

If these guys were open to 10pm or later and were open 7 days per week, I'd probably buy a membership. But as it stands, they rarely ever get my business due to their shotty schedule.

The staff and shooting range are both nice though.

Edit: I will also add that it is expensive to shoot here. Four 1-hour visits costs about the same as a full year membership to any rod & gun club. The price you pay for indoor shooting in incliment weather, I suppose.

Never going back, been there about 24 times always been able to use there boxing equipment and ring but now I guess you can only use the stuff if there “professional” is there to teach you.... even tho we all are already professionals ourselves so they will be loosing out on a bunch of business from all of us. Keep pushing your locals away and it’s not going to end well for your business.

Most the staff was real nice, girls up front were super friendly, guy in the gun shop was a bit "off", but maybe it was an off day. R.o. is g2g, overall a great experience. Bring your own ammo, I seen it was high, that was expected, so brought plenty. I'm sure there's a story about all the batman stuff, but didn't ask.

This is a review for the use of the shooting range. I came in the morning with some friends and we shared some lanes. Was 10.50 to share a lane or 13.50 for an hour alone. Staff was friendly, helpful and attentive to gun safety in range. Range was all functional and worked well.

I have to admit i was not expecting this place to be as nice as it was, and maybe that's the key. But when i got there it was kind of cool to see the all in one fitness/sport/shooting facility. It's basically an indoor sports club that happens to have a shooting range and a gun shop that rents guns.
When i got there i talked to the receptionist that pointed me to the gun shop and there one of the sales guys was able to help me to look at different guns and took me to the shooting range just a few feet away to shoot couple of different guns i was considering. On the way into the range i noticed a spacious fitness center and a boxing rank, this place seems to have it all.
UPDATE >>>>>>>> after my initial visit here I came back with my own gun to use the range. Range price was $13/hour i suppose it's fine. Ammo is RIDICULOUSLY expensive here. For example 12.99 for 50 rounds of 9mm that i got at The Firing Pin in Niles was over $40 don't recall what price exactly i just remember thinking "you have got to be kidding me" Also the people there that day seemed like they were just punching the clock, i suppose i can't blame them as it was middle of the day but still, they guy running the range was not very happy to see me there as though i was interrupting his nap.
Also the fact that they are closed Sunday is weird, seems as though being open on a day when everyone is basically off work should be a key for a "recreational" facility.

Interesting gun shop seamed overpriced. They were charging $13 an hour for the gun range. Was able to buy the ammo I needed .22lr . Guy in gun shop seemed really shallow, not friendly.

The prices are out of this world! I paid 35 bucks for 50 rounds of 9mm! The only reason I did was because theyre the only ones with ammo. (Its because their ammo is stupid expensive). Staff are jerks. I was in there for at least 20 minutes before anyone asked me if I needed anything. Not to mention cussing at me at the counter, real classy guys.

The prices in the gun shop are ridiculous. They frequently ask twice the retail price for firearms that are used and the few new things they have are way overpriced as well. The staff can be a bit surly and their selection of accessories (e.g. scopes, snap caps) is practically non existent. Much better choices in the area for guns and for places to shoot.
