Having done Crossfit since 2008, I have experienced many sides of the sport, and been to many different gyms. This gym is up there among the best. The coaching staff has an intricate background in human exercise and performance, coupled with furthered education in the Crossfit idealogy. This gym is here to improve you not only in the gym, but to help you reach your goals in life!
