Positive Gains Training is a health and fitness business that is passionately motivated to serve every person with integrity, honesty, and respect. We have been faithfully serving clients with personal training, nutrition coaching, and classes since March of 2015 and we take pride in each person's experience from the first day they walk into our private studio for orientation and each session after they sign-up! Positive Gains Training aims to educate each client in exercise and nutrition by implementing constant communication through text and phone calls. We cater to client's needs outside of the studio by providing access to our training app that has videos teaching proper form, Live workouts, and a community group to ensure success!

I enjoy everything Positive Gains has to offer! The Fight Club classes are a great stress reliever and fun at the same time.

All the classes offered by Tomas Ramirez of Positive Gains Training are amazing! High energy and fun but also effective! I've been working out with Tomas for two years and it has been life changing for me! This is the most consistent I've ever been with my workouts and he has taught me so much about proper form, nutrition, and self-care, overall. He truly cares about his clients and makes you feel comfortable while encouraging you to push yourself. I had the pleasure of training with Tomas Ramirez and with every session, I felt motivated, encouraged and inspired from his positive attitude and the willingness to learn from him.
The workouts were made available via an app and was very easy to follow along and he would follow up with personal txts on how I’m feeling.
I’ve gained muscle and lost weight , my two goals were met with his help!
I recommend to both women and men but an added plus for women of a certain age as he is specialized in dealing with workouts for menopausal woman and those who struggle with PCOS.

Tomas was always the energy I needed at 5 am. Uplifting, and always more confident in my abilities than I ever was. He taught me a lot and the training revolves around female fluctuating hormonal levels, which makes so much sense. I will be forever grateful for him! I still use his training/nutritional knowledge now on my own.

I have been working w/ Tomas since June of this year. I get help with both w/ my training plan & nutrition. I initially went through a 3-month “cut” phase and I was able to get down to 13.6% body fat (measured through Dexa Scan, see attached). I took a month off after the “cut” and I am currently going through a 3-month “bulk” phase. I am very happy w/ Tomas, he is a great trainer who cares about his clients. I also like working w/ somebody who can keep an eye on my progress and provide feedback and make changes on the fly as needed. I am also very happy w/ the “Fitness App” which he uses which is a great way to keep track of my workouts. I am satisfied w/ my results and w/ Tomas as my trainer. I would highly recommend Positive Gains Training to anybody who wants to take their fitness to the next level.

Tomas is an incredibly knowledgeable personal trainer. I only have attended two donation classes, but I have already learned so much. I hit the gym on a regular basis, but I never feel the impact of the workout like I do after a circuit workout with Tomas!

If you want to train with someone who is educated, shows compassion and self accountability. Tomas is that guy. I trained with Tomas for about 8 months and saw great results. The results don’t lie! I’ve lost 10 pounds in one month and Ive grown noticeably stronger in the short time I’ve been training with Tomas. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and nutrition and he is extremely motivating. The studio space is also great. It’s very spacious and is fully stocked with everything you need to accomplish your fitness goals. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

He does his research on topics most trainers avoid... like female's cycles and how they affect their workouts.. Great communication and very professional with all of his clients.
