If your looking to come and look at your phone. Powerhouse is not the place. I used to work for LA fitness and I still came here and will always. They respect dedication people that come to sit down and ruin other people's workouts.

The gym is very nasty and Dusty and they have hair and like dog hair everywhere in this the owner dont what to clean his ventilation system out and they expect good service one of their handicaps bathroom shell like backup sewers they bathroom in their basement is horrible and nasty women's leave Tampa in the tiolet food in some of they locker they hot room dusty and tge gym floor no type appreciate for who have to clean it up i recommended not to get a membership there and they hidden fees dont makes since trash cans filled with brown tissue and food that stared bugs and the equipment they never pick they stuff up little small tissue on the floor i personally been there and did this sh** and the is the appreciate i get im not doing a professional job im not cleaning right when i know i do my best see they like fiffty condition and they dont even clean after their self the some straight up bull never recommended no one to go there..Very upset bout the situatio . and how i not being appreciate for what i do people's are so sad and yes i mint it...

This place is very very filthy I saw a dead rat in the basement and ants crawling all over the floor, the people that works there and does not know how to clean up behind their selfs, they are very nasty and they charge you with hidden fees I truly do not recommend anyone to get a membership at the Powerhouse Gym in Dearborn Michigan I am going to go to Planet Fitness at least they are neat...

Despite all the bad reviews on Powerhouse this place is really not that bad to workout at. With the new staff and manager the place has turned around. they just moved all the dumbbells to open up and make the area larger. The time it takes to fix things has unproved. And they now have a cleaning crew that makes sure the place has good upkeep. Yes we know the equipment is older but it does the same trick has the "brand new stuff" when you go to a big name gym your paying for the logo. Like LA fitness that $30 per month 30*12=360+200 signing fee YOUR PAYING FOR THE POOL! and let me ask you something how many times a month do you go swimming?
Powerhouse gym has all the equipment that you need to get fit.. if that's looking like a bodybuilder or a cut model. The gym is clean, staff are really nice. and they have free daycare. If you are looking to really workout and change your body come to Powerhouse. If you want a gym where you can socialize with really nice equipment go to LA or Planet.

Lousy gym, don't waste your money on a membership here.Machines are dirty,broken down most of the time and no one wipes the machines down after use, and management doesn't enforce it either.Do yourself a favor and spend your money at Planet Fitness or another gym.
