Hands down the best gym in the area. Always CLEAN, equipment always in top shape, staff friendly and welcoming. Ownership always bringing in new equipment and updating as the landscape changes. The community here is head and tails above many gyms I have been too. I moved 20 minutes away and still kept my membership, it’s worth the drive for a high quality experience. Clean, organized and a 24/7 facility. Staff are all knowledgeable and friendly, customers the same. The owner is constantly working to improve the facility and listens to his patrons requests for equipment, etc. I strongly recommend this gym for all levels of training.

World class fitness facility! If I could give this place 10 stars I would but google limits me to 5 sadly. Kind and friendly staff, state of the art equipment that is always clean and well organized hygiene friendly locker rooms. Seriously the #1 gym in the area and like the great Ricky Bobby said “if you’re not first, you’re last!!!”

Love this powerhouse! The gym is clean, the machines are up to date and well maintained. Everytime I come here the staff is helpful and friendly. It also has some of the best lighting of any gym I’ve been to. Really helps you catch that pump in the mirror and feel good about a workout !

The gym is clean but the manager cannot resolve small issues. Customer service is very so so...don’t waste your money with this establishment when other less expensive gyms are near by.

Do not sign up with Powerhouse Milford—they make it impossible to cancel your membership. They can deny your cancellation and continue to charge you even after telling you your membership is cancelled. The gym is great, but this is an absolutely unacceptable customer experience.

The facility is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Night and day in comparison to my previous gym.
It feels warm on hot days. Would appreciate if inside temp is kept at 70f or below.
Or perhaps more ceiling fans?

Conveniently located gym that’s open 24/7 to members and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg for visiting guests. Always clean and well organized, this place has everything you need for weight lifting, cardio and also group classes. Studio is well lit and spacious and also serves as a great alternative for posing or routine practice for competitors and/or athletes.

Great place to work out at, very clean and they DO have towels to wipe down with in the common areas. They always seem to be adding new equipment and changing up the layout to make it easier for working out muscle groups.
