My son gets his training, dry needling, cupping, and recovery treatments done at Pryde Gym, and we couldn’t be happier. Everyone from Kavinda and the front office team to the trainers are incredibly friendly and welcoming the moment you walk in.
The trainers are fantastic, Owen and Moe at the Canton location are amazing, and Sam and Kyle in Northville are outstanding. We completely trust Vanita with all of my son’s physical therapy care; she’s been exceptional. Pryde has been a major part of my son’s development over the past 15 months, and I can’t say enough about how well the entire operation is run. Truly top-notch in every way.

I want to share my experience at Pryde in Northville—it’s truly been life-changing. Just a few weeks ago, I was in severe pain, unable to sit or stand without nearly crying—and I have a very high pain tolerance.
Three weeks ago, I started physical therapy with Amanda at the Northville location, and the improvement has been incredible. After just two sessions, I began sleeping through the night again and could work without my leg giving out. Now, after six sessions, I feel like myself again.
Amanda is an outstanding physical therapist. The Northville location runs smoothly thanks to her leadership and the respect her team clearly has for her. The space is also the cleanest clinic I’ve ever been to. If you're in pain and considering PT, I can’t recommend Amanda and the team at Pryde Northville enough.

I've always been an active person (yoga and run), but shied away from strength work. I've been at Pryde (Northville) for about 6 months and have grown to love their workouts. I also enjoy the sense of community and accepting environment. Zach is an amazing trainer!

I have enjoyed attending the classes offered at Pryde Athletics. The workouts are well planned and as challenging as you want to make them (different weights are always available). The workouts change each day, which keeps the classes interesting. The instructors are very knowledgeable and can quickly offer an alternative exercise to meet an individual's needs. I have found the instructors and participants to be very friendly and welcoming, which makes me want to continue to return and attend classes. Overall, a great place to workout, I highly recommend!

I've been having an amazing time working out at Pryde in Northville. Zach is an exceptional instructor who knows how to keep us motivated while pushing our limits. I absolutely enjoy going to class. We get cardio and weight bearing exercises each class. We warm up before each class then we cool down after each class. My coach, Zach Garcia, is wonderful. He is very attentive and a great instructor. Join the club. Come see for yourself how great it is!
