I came into this knowing nothing about strength training or fitness, and I’ve never worked with other trainers or been part of a gym before, so I didn’t have much to compare to. But the fact that I’ve just been following Austin’s guidance for the past two months and am already seeing real results—weight loss, increased strength, more energy, less joint pain, and a big boost in confidence—tells me he really knows what he’s doing.

Austin is incredibly encouraging and brings great energy to every session. His enthusiasm for health and fitness and life in general is contagious!

If you’re looking for a trainer to just show you how to lift heavy things, you could probably find plenty of those around. If you’re looking for a trainer who truly cares, knows how to get results, and makes the process enjoyable, Austin is one in a million. You should totally start working with him, just don’t take my time slot!

Training with Austin was a really great experience! He is a leader and very good at listening and adapting to my level to make me feel comfortable and also encouraged. I actually hate exercising but he made it fun and I felt stronger and more confident in a short amount of time. I moved away but otherwise would have continued with him.

I was interested in looking for a personal trainer but had my doubts. I’m retired and having never trained before I didn’t want to look foolish. That said, I hit the jackpot with Austin! Nothing but encouragement and patience. He understands training and tailors workouts to fit your current condition but with a eye on developing mobility, stability and strength. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Austin has given me a level of confidence and competence that has empowered me to workout on my own. So grateful! I should add my wife is training with Tiffany and is having a great experience too.

Purpose Training studio offers tailored personalized training and morning classes. Austin introduced the proper techniques for dead lifts and squats which really improved my bicycling abilities. He encouraged me in each personalized session to improve my form. Tiffany is a great motivator and teacher. She designed the morning classes to improve our strength, cardio and overall conditioning. I thought it was important that Tiffany and Austin were concerned about our health as well, making sure we were not hurting from our classes.

I worked with the trainers at purpose training when I found it difficult to get PT care that was dedicated to sourcing out why my shoulder was experiencing weakness. Austin was able to test my strength and flexibility and built a strength training plan that not only helped me improve strength, but gave me the confidence to continue building on the foundation that he helped me achieve. I highly recommend as a place for beginners all the way to advanced athletes. They truly take a holistic, intentional and educated approach to helping people reach their physical goals. I found Purpose Training Studio the summer of 2021 and have been training with Austin ever since. What I love most about PTS is they meet you where you are and don’t force unrealistic expectations on you. Austin took the time to understand what my goals were and most importantly understands that life happens (injury, sickness, etc.). He does keep you accountable though - which is what I need! The bonus is that you can get a massage on-site with Tiffany. I’ve actually found that pairing massages with my training helps with overall form - she’s amazing. This is a great studio and I highly recommend!

Worked with Austin for a couple months. I did the 12 1hr session package twice. Knowledgeable and personable, he curated a workout routine for me after not being in a gym for years. Also gave me all the diet knowledge I needed to achieve my personal goals. Even after ending my program with him, he’s still open to adjusting existing routines as I continue to workout on my own. If you are looking for a personal trainer I’d definitely recommend checking them out.

Hands down the #1 spot in GR for your personal training or Massage needs!!!! Coach Austin has years of knowledge and experience in this industry and his main intention is to actually help you. I’ve been to some other personal training places in the past and not a single one of them can compare to Purpose Training Studio. Austin helped me self rehab my way out of two different injuries in the past 3 years and now we’re working on correcting the bunion in my left foot! One thing I notice about Austin is that he doesn’t just focus on the issue you’re having but more importantly the ROOT of the issue. He really analyzes what is causing you to have pain or immobility in certain areas. It’s a game changer and I’ve been trusting this man for years. I also sent my dad for a massage with Tiffany and out of all the massages he had in his life, he was blown away!!!! My dad has had a bad back for years going through 3 different surgeries and it never seemed he was impressed by other massage therapists. He would always be in way more pain after or his massages would be too rough! After his massage here he felt more loose and flexible when finished. Little sore which is normal after a massage but he also said he slept amazing. So yes, my old man already scheduled his next massage with PTS! Thank you so much guys for all you do!!!

I love purpose training studio. I started with the small group classes. The workout routines are great for any level of fitness you are at. Plus having a trainor really helps you stay focused and motivated. I recently did their spring meltdown challenge and got my first ever personal training sessions. They were great. The workouts were centered towards me and my needs. In the past 6 weeks i have noticed a huge change in my endurance and I can feel myself getting stronger. The coaches are honestly amazing all around, super knowledgeable and understanding. I could not have made it this far without them and I plan to continue my journey to healthy with them.

I'm so happy I found Purpose Training Studio to help achieve my fitness goals. They offer personal training & small group classes limited to 6 people so you get individual attention. Classes include weight training, boxing, lower body and bootcamp. Working out at a gym can be intimidating but the coaches (Tiffany, Austin & Will) make sure to explain and walk through all of the exercises so you understand the proper technique. They make working out fun! I highly recommend this gym for those looking for small group classes or personal training.
