Iโve taken two classes at Pushna and both were amazing! One was a yoga class at the new center on clarkston rd. I found Jess to be a great yoga instructor who offered modified positions for people new to yoga, so I felt like I had fully participated in the class and did not feel left out by my beginner status.
I also did a SUP yoga class. That was ALOT of fun! It definitely had a different vibe than a studio yoga class, but I think we all knew that going into it. It was fun to try something new in a low pressure environment. I did fall in, but I was the only one in my class to, and no one judged me and it didnโt impact my experience at all!

I went in with severe sciatica and muscle tension. Tess was amazing at helping relax some of the muscles and help with pain relief. Her scalp massage was so relaxing. The whole massage was relaxing and therapeutic.

Pushnawellness and Costa Rica 2023
This retreat has been one of my top favorite retreat/vacations.
The excitement started with landing in San Jose and having to take a small propeller plane to Lemone (the view was outstanding). Tierra de Suenos Lodge may state their villias are rustic BUT they are cozy, comfortable and authentic Costa Rica bungalows (making the experience real). The bungalows are open air and the Holler Monkeys will have you awake early, ready for some awesome coffee and relaxing yoga to get your day started. The staff at Tierra de Suenos are the BEST, they will help organize, coordinate and arrange whatever you may want or need. The food is outstanding!! Fresh local food and juice prepared daily, every meal (I miss it). The beach is a 5 minute walk and is gorgeous(morning, afternoon and evening). The yoga shed is open air, surround by jungle(beautiful), a great space for meditation or a yoga session. Lots of places to bike or hike for viewing the wild life (birds, monkey, sloths) very exciting. I hope Pushnawellness and Jess keep planning these retreats to Costa Rica and I will keep going. I joined Pusha wellness a couple months ago and love it. Thereโs a variety of classes and instructor's! I really enjoy the BOYO boxing and yoga. I like that all the classes are mixed up and you get a full body workout. Heike and Jess and the team are great

I had a Swedish massage with Tessa today and it was so good! I am very picky with massage therapists because I studied massage for a short time myself and I would definitely go back to Tessa! She found my inflamed muscles right away and worked on them. She even found muscles that I did not know were causing a tingling sensation in my right arm. She worked on those muscles and told me to ice them at home. A really fabulous hour!!!

Pushna is the only studio Iโll go to. I love how welcoming it is, like my second class was my 100th. If youโre new to in-person yoga classes, this is a great place to try. The best part is how flexible the teachers are (no pun intended). Theyโre always taking feedback and adjusting classes to be exactly what their members want. I also did a private swing yoga class with a group of friends that was SO much fun.

My husband and I did the Acro yoga workshop this weekend with jess and lenka and had the best time! I highly suggest doing a workshop with your spouse it is very rewarding! I have also taken yoga swing classes and absolutely love the studio! The owner jess is amazing! All the teachers are great!
I have been doing yoga for over a decade and love every aspect of it. Finding a good studio with great teachers makes yoga even better! Jess offers many amazing yoga classes, boxing, cardio classes, as well as sound baths, reiki, massage, and has a sauna. She also offers workshops and mom yoga group that looks interesting.

LOVE Pushna!! With so many class options from yoga to strengthening classes like boxing and even SUP yoga, swing yoga, saunas...this place is a dream come true.
I love the class blend of boxing / yoga it's the best way to let it all out through boxing and calm down with yoga. Jess is the best, she is so welcoming and kind her energy in her classes is amazing. I feel so much stronger and confident after just 2 weeks at Pushna.

When I started at Pushna I was nervous about starting something new I mean how could an obese person move so freely and become so flexible?
Well I did it I joined and let me tell you it was the best decision I ever made. Within just a few short weeks I started feeling better, moving without aches and pains, and a ton of energy. And that's just the healthy active side. I have met some of the most wonderful people. They always cheer you on, make you feel like you belong, and always genuinely happy to see you. My experience has been more than I could have ever imagined. If you are looking for a new experience try Pushna you won't be sorry.

The infrared sauna at Pushna Wellness was great! I felt extremely relaxed and refreshed after my session. I highly recommend calling Jess at Pushna and scheduling a time to try it out. She is even offering monthly passes that allow you to use the sauna around the clock! As a parents of a 2 year old and 9 month old, this flexibility is HUGE for my wife and I.

I started attending classes at the beginning of January and have absolutely loved the classes, but something that also keeps me signing up and excited for class is the encouraging instructors and friends I have made here. There are so many different classes to join, I have done a majority of the classes at least once and have enjoyed them all! I greatly appreciate the many different variations of poses or workouts they give for all skill levels so you get the most out of your workout without hurting yourself or feeling left out due to the difficultly. I can't emphasize this enough, it is a very caring and welcoming community, I feel safe and free of judgement every time I go to a class. I had zero experience with yoga and boxing before joining and I can see myself getting better each week.

I love Pushna so much!! The yoga and fitness classes are both great. My personal favorite are to combo classes that push your endurance for 30 minutes, and then allow you to stretch, meditate, and relax for 30. Highly recommend all of the teachers!

Thank you so much for this wonderful peaceful experience here. I went with my daughter for three weeks on Monday evenings with Grace!! She was so calming and her gentle voice walked us through the different positions and loved her rubbing of our temples on cool down soooooo much!!! Iโll go Friday with Jess at 11:30 too and look forward to the standing positions experience as well!

I had a fantastic massage by Tesa! I enjoy massages where I actually get recovery with decent pressure, but also kind of want to relax. I got both with her! The pressure was perfect and I also dozed off a bit which is exactly what I want. She knew what she was doing and I could tell she has great knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics.
The vibe in the studio is absolutely awesome. They have so much to offer! 10/10 would recommend!

My love for yoga was found at Pushna! All of the instructors are so kind, always share words of wisdom, and are accommodating to students at all levels. What I love most about Pushna is how welcomed I felt the first time I came in. I have brought many friends here, and all of them have had the same positive experience. I canโt say enough about the positive experience Iโve had at Pushna Wellness, Iโve tried a lot of the classes and have loved each one. The Yin class has helped with my flexibility, lessen my lower back pain and generally be more mindful. The Vin/Yin is more active but no less awesome and the Rise & Flow is a great workout. If you are looking to get into yoga and anywhere near Lake Orion then give Pushna a try!

I have been doing yoga at Pushna every week for almost a year now! I started at 6 weeks postpartum and havenโt stopped. I don't bend easily. In fact, I barely bend at all. Luckily, Pushna's instructors have been very patient and considerate of what my needs are and have provided that plus a lil motivation to keep me bending the best I can, I feel better than I have in years! Jessica is wonderful and offers unparalleled guidance with her soothing tone, calming demeanor, descriptive instructions and gentle sequences. Tried a new yoga space today and loved every aspect of it! Serene and charming space to lose yourself in for an hour. The owner, Jess, has a hypnotic and soothing tone to her voice that adds beautiful dimension to the movements. Additionally, her hands on adjustments are excellent. I will definitely return for more.
