I am training with Nick going on 2 months now. Needless to say I found his exercises and approach helpful to my post accident situation. I would definitely recommend Nick to anyone looking for a trainer.

Nick has been an amazing addition to helping us with our run training! As you age you need to be more conscientious about stretching and lifting. We were dealing multiple issues from knee pain to lower back, etc. and Nick has helped us to get to where we need to be, and because of that we are able to run faster and without pain.
Nick listens to you and comes up with a fitness plan catering to your needs. If it wasn’t for Nick and his help and knowledge, we would not be running without pain at the ages of 52 & 60!

Nick is amazing! He has helped me with my mobility and flexibility... I feel more limber and confident in my movement than I have in a long time. I came to Nick with achilles tendonitis feeling like I might be in pain forever! Nope. After several sessions, he taught me how to strengthen my legs, stretch and integrate everyday activities to heal. I DID! He's very talented and intuitive as a trainer and health coach. I have been dealing with issues related to back pain and muscle tightness for over a decade. I’ve seen chiropractors, physical therapists, massage, therapists, and have the doctors in Traverse City. Lots of them are convinced that they have the one right answer. Nick is one of the very few who approaches the issues with an open mind, a ton of curiosity, and lots of trial and error. It’s only been a month, but I can already feel a major difference.

I’ve really enjoyed working with Nick. He’s kind, helpful and funny. Before Seeing him, I could only walk about 10 minutes before my back ached and I had to stop. Now I walk 45 minutes a day without pain, and I’ve lost enough weight that my pants are falling down.
