This gym has its limitations like pay to park, Mon-Thur gym hours, no music for motivation. If you can get past these things, then it is a good gym. The staff is fantastic. The equipment will do the job. The atmosphere is bright, off the water with views. The place is clean and offers different workout classes. Lastly, the price is reasonable.

Super convenient for GM employees. Great GM price! They are always updating! Classes included with price. Classes are daily. Not open on weekends. They provide towels and shower items. Amazing staff!!

I absolutely love this place! The environment is very welcoming and non-judgmental. The staff members are all wonderful, and the facilities are clean and modern. The class instructors are very encouraging and enthusiastic, and they help accommodate any fitness level. Classes are offered at various times in the day to accommodate your schedule. If you are looking for a gym and work and/or live anywhere in downtown Detroit, this is the place to go!
