James is an amazing instructor! Always upbeat and full of energy. Mixes up the routine so never gets stagnant - been going maybe 8 years now? Pretty partial to his classes but in a pinch have gone to the others. He’s next level incredible!!

I've been coming here for 7 years and it's the best workout for your mind and body. I had never worked out before and the instructors are amazing and helpful. James is great for beginners. Cara, Mandi, and Kellie are amazing workouts that can be accommodated for every level. This is my happy place!

I love Rock Your Body Pilates. It's a great workout, the instructors are fantastic, and I always feel worked when I leave. The flexibility of the schedule is great, and I can book my classes in advance. I'm so happy I found this kind of Pilates class. I've been going for years!

There are so many things about this Lagree studio that just deserve 5 stars. From the instructors, to the music, to the workout and burn it’s all unmatched. This is the BEST studio I’ve ever been at. I wish it was on my side of town, but even with it being 30 minutes away- I drive there 3-5 times a week because it’s so worth it!

Love this place! It’s definitely more challenging than Club Pilates. Although, sometimes it can be hard to get into the classes. You have to book about a month out, but their cancellation policy is very reasonable! Would recommend!

Mandi is the best of the best, but ALL the instructors are phenomenal. Mandi brings so much energy to the early morning classes and is great at showing & explaining how to have proper form in each exercise. The studio is clean & the music is loud (but not too loud) making it a motivating environment to get an excellent, full body workout in.

I love RYB! It’s a great work out. I’ve been going for about 3 years on and off. I love the workout! It’s full body and I feel a good sore the next day. I like that it is kind of customizable as you can add weight or take weight off and modify how you do a work out based on your needs. I see James and he is so great! He very caring, positive, and gives you a good boost of energy! I look forward to working out. The facility is always clean and the machines are well taken care of. 10/10 recommend.

I am 2 months in to practicing 2x a week, and I love it. I look forward to the 6 AM classes with Mandi! I thought I had an idea of what I was walking into, having done mat and reformer Pilates, but this Megaformer & the Lagree method is so much more intense. I’m constantly challenged and introduced to new moves. It is NOT easy, but the shake during and soreness after makes it worth it. I love the energy of the classes too. Mandi makes great playlists and cues with intention like rapid fire, so we all can get the most out of the 50 minutes.

This place has good, clean equipment and James is a marvelous instructor. These are the only highlights.
The front desk is dismissive, unwelcoming, usually unavailable to help. The other instructors are good, but not at all friendly to newcomers. I came here five years ago, I tried them out again. The front desk will ignore you, if you ask questions, they’re short and clear that you are a nuisance. The app is horrendously outdated and tedious to use for bookings.
Worth it if they are your only option, just don’t expect anything other than the machine, which is also usually clean enough (a positive). I’d suggest going elsewhere.

All of the trainers are great! I am 5 months pregnant and they have gone above and beyond to help me adjust to being new to pilates and also modify my training to be safe while still pushing me.

I started coming to RYB a few years ago pretty consistently with the exception of during covid. The work out itself can be really great but I am giving one star for 3 reasons. 1: As a busy working mom, my schedule is not always flexible. Ashley canceled my scheduled class a couple of times because there were not at least 3 people signed up. So moving forward I only booked with the other teachers. 2. They promote this a workout for beginner to advanced. That's only true depending on the teacher. Recently a friend wanted to try and since she'd been to other pilates type classes in the past, I figured she could just modify. The teacher came up to her after class and told her that this class is too advanced for her and to go to James classes until she is more familiar. 3. I bought a package this past May before my previous package was completely used. I truly believed I would be able to use them no problem before they expired. Then life happened. I had a death in the family for which I am executor of the estate (time consuming), I also fell and bruised/cracked bones in my cheek and orbital bone. My sister n law had to be hospitalized and in ICU for 3 weeks plus rehab and we were helping out. All of this happened within 2 months. Just when I did start to come back to classes, I developed tendonitis in my shoulder. I emailed and asked for an extension of my remaining classes (14 at the time) and was denied. I was told that if she did it for me she'd have to do it for everyone. So while I understand the policy, being a personal trainer in the past and working in therapy with clients now, there should always be some leeway when dealing with people. Too bad this owner only views her clients as a paycheck instead of as a customer. Buyer beware.

the worst experience I have ever had..If you aren’t experienced with 5+ years in pilates do not go here..they throw you into a class with no intro and 30 seconds of explaining how the machine works..do not move the knobs for you and the instructor acted very annoyed to come and help with anything..I also fell on my face mid class and it seemed pretty normal because again the instructor did not want to be bothered and didn’t even come to see if everything was alright. I now go to club pilates which has a proper program and amazing experience over all!

I'm shocked I have not posted a review yet! I have been coming to RYB for almost 5/6 years and 3 kids later! You can't get this type of workout anywhere else. It's my favorite part of the day when I can get to a class. The instructors are great!

I started Pilates at this location as a total rookie, I had never seen or done any form of pilates prior to my first time here in October 2021, which can be kind of overwhelming...My girlfriend begged me to come, and after my first class I was convinced she was trying to kill me...The classes are tough! but I have been hooked ever since and I would say it is because of the studios cleanliness, clientele, and the Staff that it was so easy to fall in love with it.
For starters the studio is always clean and welcoming which is important to me. The classes always start on time- also huge for me as I go prior to my work day. The clientele is there focused and ready to work out and the comradely is really great.
But the thing that has really kept me coming back is the staff. Each instructor brings something different to the table. and when attending 3 classes a week that is so important to have different focuses each day. Each instructor is better than the last and incredibly knowledgeable and have made learning pilates on a megaformer super streamlined and so fun? I can say that I am literally addicted. There is something for everyone here. Rookie to advanced you will learn so much and have fun doing it.
Ashley Bs classes are INSANE- literally best money ever spent. I look forward to her Monday Morning classes. She's bad to the bone. So happy to have found RYB when I did. if you're wanting to try pilates, come here!

I have been going to classes here for 4 months and I feel so incredibly strong and lean. I love that the workout is always dynamic and fun. Its definitely a HUGE challenge! Don’t forget your grippy socks :)
**I tried all the local studios, so ill add in case anyone else is wondering like I was - in comparison to the other studio, rock your bodys $10 for a 1st REAL class (vs a free trial promised elsewhere) is actually money well spent rather than wasting ‘exercising’ time in what feeing like an advertising meeting. As a mama with limited time, I appreciate that Rock Your Body delivers what it advertises :)

I found Rock Your Body Pilates when I was looking to get into great shape before pregnancy. I expected a good core workout. What I actually got was an amazing full body workout. It is challenging every time. I got in great shape, had a very smooth pregnancy, and have been going again to get back in great shape. I highly recommend trying it!

Rock Your Body Pilates is by far the BEST workout I've ever done!! It has changed my life for the better!! This 50 minutes arms Abs and leg workout shows more results in less time!
