We cater to Athletes as well as Adults and offer training programs and phases tailored to the needs of each individual.
Our performance-driven training systems are progressively designed to help you achieve your goals. Each phase is designed to produce a specific adaptation related to improving Strength, Hypertrophy, Body Composition, Power, Endurance, and/or Cardiovascular Output and Recovery.

Ken does a great job with the training programs. It’s a good mix of weight training and cardio. He will also customize programs for you as well.
All of my children trained with Root when they were in high school athletics. I have been training with Ken for over five years and I give Root my highest recommendation.
