I've been rowing here for over 4 years now. I love it!! I invited my sister and she joined after her first class. And now she has been rowing here over a year. My sister-in-law has now joined as well after her first class and she has been there now for over 3 months. Andrea's and Natalie's coaching is hyped and on fire as well as other coaches I have taken a class with.

Row house 13 mile road in Southfield is delightful. I am just starting my fitness journey and feel encouraged by their amazing staff. The customer service here is beyond my expectations. This place will change your life! The coaches and owner are incredible and encouraging! If you have gym anxiety it vanishes after the first class! You can only improve and find your stride the more you ride! I have found community here, taken my confidence back in my work out routine, and over all just felt so happy! My first experience was so inspiring, refreshing and energizing. The customer service was wonderful, I can’t say enough from the first step into the business they were so welcoming. Our coach was Kenidra(spelling?)she was so engaged with the class from the start to our exit. I've never been to this Row House, and I never will go, but they must have purchased some mailing list, because they have continued to call/text/email me when I have told them to stop several times. Today they started texting me at 6:01AM. On a Sunday.

Overall any franchise that is owned by Xponential Fitness is a house of cards with questionable practices.

Update: they keep emailing and texting me weeks after being asked to remove me from their list. Outstanding job there.

I absolutely love every minute spent at Row House. You will not find a more encouraging, supportive and positive environment. Couple that with a group of coaches who will hold you accountable while encouraging you to give yourself grace and you've got the perfect place to grow, while also caring for your whole self. There's something for everyone here, and the classes are suitable for every level. This truly is a fitness concept that grows with you.
I am about 6 weeks into my Row House journey. In the first 30 days, I not only hit my 50K goal (and this place LOVES to celebrate accomplishments!), but I also lost 19 pounds and 43 inches from 13 data collection points. I was able to resume weight loss after a sustained plateau because of Row House. I am a better partner and mom because of the clarity and peace I find on the erg, and even my work performance has improved. I always envied the "runner's high", but now I know you can get it from rowing, too.

Last January, I began a hunt for good, under 1-hour workout. I tried several facilities but didn't feel like I fit at any. Being a bit older, I wanted a place where I would feel comfortable and encouraged but not forced or made to feel self-conscience if I had limitations. Wow, I found the right place with Row House/Beverly Hills! You can work at your own pace, but there are also stats for 'the boat' or the whole room that you contribute to. It's a unique approach that lends itself to a sense of community. The coaches are FANTASTIC and encouraging, each with their unique style. My legs and core, especially, have never been stronger, and in nearly 11 months and 750k+ meters, I've never injured myself; I've been sore, but that's progress. The variety of classes is excellent, and you can get a TOTAL body workout if that's what you're looking for. They've recently undergone a management change, and it's running better than ever. You won't regret giving this place a try!

Rowing at Row House is a awesome full body workout! They have one class that has intense weight training between the rowing.There are different classes to fit all. The coaches are very motivating. They care about helping you get to your goals. It doesn't matter what age you are. Rowing works for everyone. I have been rowing for close to 2 years. I am addicted to the machine. Joined last year and loved it. Unfortunately corporate took over. My husband and I quit but are still being charged. Nobody ever answers the phone, forcing us to drive up there during their limited hours, which we have done twice and both times we were assured our memberships were cancelled yet they still keep charging us and it's not cheap!! All I can say is only sign up if you plan to be a member FOREVER.

No matter your fitness level, this place is the best. The classes are doable for anyone because you can adjust your workout to match your capabilities. I love the diversity of the people who attend the classes. There are people of all shapes, sizes and ages participating so you never feel out of place. I love all of the instructors too. They legitimately seem to enjoy what they are doing and are all very engaging. Also, their COVID-19 cleaning seems to been very good. I have seen them mopping and wiping down everything after class. Nearly everyone wears their mask properly during class. There always seem to be someone who takes it off during class or pulls down under their nose. I can only hope they are vaccinated, but the rooms seems well ventilated and there is decent space between rowing machines so you are on top of people. I highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful first experience at Row House on 13 Mile. It was fun, challenging, yet I wasn't dying from exhaustion. What I love about rowing is that it's a full body workout and calorie-wise, compares to going on a run. The music and lighting in the room gave it a certain energy that I've never felt while doing a workout. Highly recommend and will be back for more soon!

Let me tell yall - THIS PLACE IS THE BOMB. I am a pretty regular rower - I use the erg at my gym on my own time and thought I might like to learn the ins and outs of a good row exercise by attending class here and let me tell you! I get a full body workout and feel refreshed every single time.

I love the row machine because it allows me to really focus on engaging my core in a way that I don't really get to if I just go for a run or a bike ride. I have abs in places I didnt know abs existed!

The coaches always bring the fire to the studio and are eager to get us all to our goals. It is clear that they opened this place to offer a space for people to come and feel restored and safe. I go every Tuesday and Thursday now as my weekly reset from my stressful job!

First time doing a row class! I was nervous about not having proper form but the staff was awesome and gave me a one on one mini training session to make sure I was comfortable before the class started! The class was high energy and fun with short challenging bursts to keep me focused and motivated to crush achievable goals.
