I love this studio! Low impact, high intensity workout. There is a class for everyone’s style! You love cardio endurance: full row, you love HIIT: intervals, active recovery: restore, strength training: strength, a little bit of everything: signature. The staff is incredible. If you’re looking for a community where you feel connected and part of a family, look no further! No matter your age or fitness level they’ve got you covered. The sales team is not pushy — they truly want you to experience the full body benefits of rowing. There are so many options available to fit any budget whether it’s memberships or class packs. If you’ve been considering making a lifestyle change—start here! The lights are dim and the music is upbeat! You will FEEL and SEE the changes in your body. 10/10 !

Was going to be in the Detroit metro area for two weeks and wanted to learn more about class options for my stay since I’m a member at a different studio. I called the studio 5 or 6 times and left numerous messages and never heard back. Really disappointed since I love my Row House studio back at home and they are always super responsive.

I had the pleasure of taking a row class with Coach Garett today. Even when the power went out in the gym, Garett remained calm and collected, keeping us motivated and engaged throughout the entire class.
What really stood out to me was Coach Garett’s positive attitude and enthusiasm. Even when things didn't go as planned with the power outage, he never lost his energy or his passion for helping us achieve our fitness goals. He encouraged us to dig deep and push through the tough moments, which made all the difference in the world.
Overall, I would highly recommend Row House to anyone looking for a great workout. Thank you Coach Garett for an amazing class today!

What an amazing way to meet people who quickly become friends. All my lifeI have hated exercising this has become the thing I look forward to! The coaches are professional and so friendly, always available to help me move forward. For someone not so young it has been a great way to improve balance , stamina and endurance. I would highly recommend Row House Rochester Hills!

Hands down one of the best gyms in the area! After a year of working out by myself because the world shut down, I realized I missed that contagious energy that comes from a room full of people pushing hard and giving it their best. Row House brings that energy and the coaches are stellar!! Each has their own style but one thing is the same across the board—they create an atmosphere of togetherness and inclusivity where everyone is accepted regardless of where they are on their fitness journey. It’s a full body workout that’s extremely challenging and addicting at the same time. There’re plenty of gyms out there that have fancy weights and machines, but its the workout, the coaches, and the one boat/one team approach that makes the ultimate difference and keeps me coming back for more!

Row House gives me everything I need! I've always been active with boot camps, personal trainers, running, swimming, and yoga. After years of running, my knees complained! Then I found Row House. It gives me the cardio I crave without hurting my joints, and it adds strength sets into the mix so I get that strength training I adore. The music is amazing, and the coaches are super encouraging -- especially Garett with all his energy and charisma, Maryanne with her helpful focus on form, Jamond with his great quotes and life advice after each session, and Alisha for her solid guidance through each class. Classes are filled with all ages and fitness levels, so it's not intimidating. Row House gives me more confidence and motivation while helping me flatten my middle, boost leg strength, give me all-over toning, and feel healthier and stronger all around. I'm so fortunate to have discovered it and taken them up on their free trial class!

The Row House has been a total game changer. I’ve done lots of different kinds of workouts at various gyms and have fallen in love with rowing.
There’s definitely a cardio component but I also love the classes that incorporate strength training. I’ve definitely upped my game since starting.
There’sa good variety of classes and Coach Garett is my favorite - amazing playlists keep me motivated and coming back for more. Also a great community of people of all ages and fitness abilities - super welcoming and positive.

If you are looking to add strong cardio to your fitness routine this is the place for you! First time ever on an erg machine and the Row House made it happen for me. I was a little nervous to start training but the great instructors and the awesome community are welcoming to all beginners and advanced rowers. Each class I get a great cardio workout and always learn something new!

I am so thankful that Rowhouse came to Rochester! The workout is low impact yet it's a complete body workout! Rowhouse has already established a wonderful community of staff and members that just makes you look forward to going. Oh and the music rocks!

It's a great workout and so much fun!! I always leave class feeling exhausted but amazing ha. The coaches are wonderful, so friendly and motivating, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating as well. I'm also very impressed with the RowHouse app and all the stats it tracks for you. Plus the facility is new and very clean, with multiple air purifiers for COVID-19 safety. I think it's definitely one of the best group fitness places in Rochester!

They are personable and take the time to get to know your fitness journey, challenges and goals. I feel like I have found a community to meet my health goals and enjoy a good sweat!
