Been a couple times, gym is sick. Only critiques I have is it’s a little small, everything is old and there isn’t a ton of variety. It has this OG grungy vibe that I honestly love, good place to lock in and lift some heavy ass weights. Unless you’re a princess it would be hard to find a major gripe. People seem very chill and welcoming. Would definitely get a membership if I lived in Cadillac.

Got a one month membership because I'm in town temporarily for work. There's more than enough equipment for whatever you need. Plenty of free weights and machines alike. I like that it has a no-frills, unpretentious atmosphere. I haven't interacted with the staff much yet, but they seem kind and accommodating from what I can tell.

It's a great gym. A little crowded at times but that's to be expected with a smaller gym. They've been updating equipment regularly and people don't judge you if you need someone to spot you or you are learning and have questions
